I'm new to the area... I come from New York City Where there are many mexican restaurants... I love mexican food... And I will tell you this establishment makes fresh, great tasting, delicious food... Only thing missing was my margarita??... It's convenient, located near my home And I will definitely be coming back again and again..?

This food is terrible. I don’t know what Mexican would endorse this. I spent $40 and I’m disgusted. The el pastor tacos we’re terrible this is not Mexican at all. Maybe it’s Puerto Rican trying to do Mexican food?The rice had no taste, and the beans were disgusting. Very disappointed, and never getting from there again

I ordered from here for the first time and I wasn't disappointed! I'm always iffy about places that make Latin food because some places do a terrible job. But this place is amazing. I had a Chicken Jibarito , 1 chicken empanada and cheese empanada. They were all on point. I appreciate the love that goes into making our food. I'll be ordering from here going forward when I don't want to cook.
Been wanting to try MexiRican for a long time now, and so happy we did! I got a Al Pastor burrito, my husband got 2 different types of tacos and we both enjoyed our food. Also we each got an order of churros, they were very fresh and served with whipped cream & 1/2 strawberry slice. Definitely would come again. ☺️

Omg!: this is the best food truck in waterbury!! Their tostones rellenos with pork or chicken pheromonal.. best kept secret in waterbury.. you have to check it out.. on baldwin near 7 11 store. It's so good!! Nachos are great..Carne asada burrito bangin'.... go here if u have a craving for Mexican food. . It is too die for.. the meat is most and so flavorful.. the salsa is on point. They have green and red.. both exceptional.. I'm a foodie..I know good food! Try it once and lmk

Had the cheese quesadilla, carne asada burrito and the shrimp burrito. Sat outside, awesome atmosphere with the music playing. The food was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try what else they have!

Great fresh food, mildly spiced like Costa Rican food (to us a good thing), comes with 2 kinds of fresh sauces to add your preferred level of heat - one green / lime and one red / chili. Super nice guy (even to us gringos!), accommodated my husband’s IBS-required menu adjustments no problem. He got shrimp tacos with cilantro and avocado, I got the chicken nachos and Tamarind agua fresca. Tented seating area was a huge bonus.Dietary restrictions: Corn tortillas and chips - GF.
