I frequent Panera frequently as my church provides bagels weekly from here and I am slightly addicted to their egg white avocado breakfast andwich. I cant say enough about their customer service. Everyone without exception, is pleasant, acommodating and hard working. The managers exude warmth and friendliness.

I generally like Panera Bread. The food is much better quality and tasty than other fast food. However, depending on the location, service can be lacking. I used to like the Panera on the Berlin Turnpike in Connecticut but I recently been to the one at Hartford Hospital and it was not a comfortable atmosohere/seating.
I wonder if they made it that way purposely to keep people moving. It's definitely not a place where I would want to linger.

It's a typical Panera that has a mix of people meeting with one another grabbing a bite while on the road or grabbing their food for take out. Staff was polite, condiments are self serve, table cleaning was inconsistent, Internet was solid during my visit.

The service is extremely awful, the workers can’t work properly neither can the managers, they need to get an actual adult to watch the managers. constant cursing and being extremely loud and obnoxious. horrible customer service with no shame or respect for other things are rarely stocked up. They need to fire these people and hire new ones. the manager was making my food while touching her phone with the gloves on that she had while making my food and went back to making my food again totally disgusting no sense of hygiene.

I work all day fight traffic like everyone else. Decide to get taken out for dinner at Panera. Try to order online says some things I want to order are missing items they don't tell you what. Don't live close but decide to go there no one in there in line but me. Place order go through with substitutions for things they don't have for sandwiches. Get my order go home and missing 2 cookies would not mind if it was a dollar for them but they charge 6 for two. Try to call them no answer I get back in car go back, they ask if I want to order I explained they did not include the .cookies I explained I do not live by . The least they could of done was add something for the inconvenience. But no just acted like I was a bother . No high marks from me . Beware check your order at a table take everything out to make sure it's correct.

Nora did a fantastic job helping set up my salad I came in five minutes before they closed and she opened the door and helped me with my order
I like this location, it's really cozy and pretty and clean. I had a terrible experience only one time in 7 years and i was ready to swear them off immediately, i was fuming but the manager immediately and calmly listened to me and quickly reacted. Granted his solution was a refund instead of fixing the food to make it edible but omg i am still happy with the speed and accountability. great customer service and food

We went on a Sunday morning around 11. I had my favorite broccoli cheddar soup, and I tried, for the first time, the avocado toast. Delicious, no disappointment.

It's not a problem with taking my order, but making my order in detail, as I stated in detail, which was on the receipt and the crew who makes took upon themselves to make it as they wanted not as stated on the screen that they took care in looking at other to do there way.
