The bakery items got too much calories, sugar & ingredients that shouldn't be added like High Fructose Corn Syrup, Canola Oil & Palm Oil. They feel extremely unhealthy because I had them & didn't know they included that. Panera doesn't have enough healthy foods options. The Caffeinated Lemonade which was good isn't available in Fuji Apple Cranberry anymore. Panera keeps saying they updated the menu, they continue to discontinue items that people like. The bathroom is always dirty & not clean. There is no free WiFi. The staff is rude to the point where you have to visit another location if you want to get what you need, because they don't always have what you after 10:30 AM. Like bagels for example, always gone before noon. The Sip Club Membership jump up in price from $10.99 to $14.99 which feels like a 100% price increase in my opinion on top of high prices, inflation & ongoing recession after the pandemic which had lockdowns & shutdowns along the mask mandate. It just feel like too much stress over the past couple of years. They gotten rid of fresh fruit choices like Bananas which sucks. Many people told to give Panera a try instead of going to a coffee shop which a lot of people don't like that has a lot of locations in the state & in America. To be honest, the people wasn't that nice to me. Felt like they didn't want my money at all. The food was overpriced & too much bad ingredients that can lead to problems down the road. The membership was cancelled due to the price increase. The WiFi didn't work. I did try going to another Panera as well, they got automation which is concerning.

I asked if I could get half a sandwich but not a two for two deal she said yes. But then proceeded to charge me for a two for two meal which was $9.39 for a half of sandwich! At that rate, we will go broke! She should've explained that a half a sandwich is part of a two for two meal and allowed me to get the other one to go. She was nice but short and on her phone.. won't be back

Tried to order at kiosk. After spending much time making choices the kiosk "needed to take a rest" and wouldn't complete payment so I had to start all over with a very helpful employee.Chicken sandwich was ok but is it a real chicken breast or a "pattie"?

The food was very fresh and tasty. The portions were extremely generous. The service was attentive and courteous. When our waiter heard that it was my birthday he brought out a delicious piece of cake with a candle and did not charge us for the cake. We have eaten at almost every one of the so called better restaurants in Ridgefield and never received the attention and courtesy that we received at this diner. Can be spruced up a bit. But rings a loud bell on food.
