I ordered food from Pie Guys on Frost Rd Waterbury, CT. I did not receive my food, however I was charged. I called to speak with someone in regards to returning my money. I was told that the manager is not going to be there until Monday to call back (today is Wednesday). Of course, I felt like I should not have to wait until Monday, so I asked him to call his Manager. He decided to hang up on me. I called back and the guy on the phone stated his Manager hung up on me. The same manager that was not available until Monday. I went down there asking for my money back and he refused to refund me. His exact words was that he does not believe that I paid for the pizza. However, he stated that the driver attempted to deliver the pizza. If the pizza was not paid for why are trying to deliver food that was not paid for, please make it make sense. I called my bank to dispute the charges and now I have to wait until Monday. They are unprofessional and rude .

I've been ordering from Pie Guys for around 5 years now. It's one of those pizza places that has good sandwiches, salads, and chicken wings. The pizza itself is fine if you order something with one or two toppings.

Just ordered 2 large calzones from there they were raw on the bottom so we called back and the guy tried denying we ordered from there but I ordered through beyond menu so I have the proof I ordered then he kept hanging up on us he was rude my fiance is on his way there now because you wouldn't stop hanging up on us I ordered from there quite a lot even though most of the food is garbage especially the mozzarella sticks they're always mushy I definitely won't be ordering from there ever again

One time got a bunch of chicken tenders from here. They were so tough they were nearly impossible to eat, my jaw ended up sore and it felt like it nearly impacted my teeth into my gums, ended up throwing half of them out (wasting food is difficult for me). A good jaw workout, but otherwise a miserable experience. Service was lackadaisical at the time. I hope others have better experiences.

First time we ordered they made my son's burger wrong and the chicken tenders were a bit over done we decided to give them another try tonight and I'll never order from them again I ordered a cheese burger grinder with the usual toppings but asked for no onions and what I got was not even close to that they gave me a steak and cheese grinder with onions no mustard or mayo and they literally only put 15 french Fry's in my daughter's container when I called them to tell them they messed up and I wanted either a refund or the right food and I'd bring them back the food they sent the girl who answered told me that's what I ordered and hung up on me I'm so mad its not right......I hope everyone is cautious if they order from there I'll never ever order from them again I wasted my money
