I called and complained and Geno said the manager would call back I never received any call about what I got to what they gave me I wasn't happy at all..
Pizza was not the same . Not nearly as good as I remember. Crust was different. Won't buy pizza there again.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. My pizza personally was really good (classic cheese) HOWEVER if you choose to order Hawaiian DO NOT get cherries. Our waitress is was very friendly and helpful. Overall really good experience and I would go back.

Do not get the cherry pizza. but the other ones are quite good. the crust was cooked nicely and the toppings were not skimped out on. overall i would go here again. prices are good.
Vegetarian options: plenty of veg options for pizza. not sure about other entrees.

We love PC but it’s a little pricey compared to some of the other comparable options in the area. The dining area is beautiful and the food is worth the splurge once in a while.

I have not been here in years, they redid their parking lot and it look so much better!!! The look of the place as improved, but as for the staff I have to say otherwise. I ordered to go, the pizza was not that great, my pizza was burnt and hard to bend at the crust. The salad was poorly made and missing the meat (when I called back, the lady on the phone said someone will call back later and she rushed me off the phone - did not even take my number!!!). When picking up my order, it seemed that the staff seems to have favorites on the clients they help and the lady at the front didn't seem to care much about me when I told her I was waiting for a pick up several times, she proceeded to ignore me and talk to another customer where at that point were taking about personal stuff. I had a VERY poor experience here, I think I will be going back to Whooster on Lakewood, least I can eat the food and bite into the crust, and if something is missing, they are quick to fix it no problem and apologize unlike this place. Not worth the money, unless you are best friends with the front desk girl!
Parking: They have their own parking lot next to the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: You defiantly need help with the door getting in and out of the place.

Pizza is decent.
But WAY overpriced for quality.
Small half buffalo half BBQ.
Chicken tastes like it's frozen cubed chicken.
Buffalo is nice and spicy but that's it no buffalo flavor,
BBQ is good flavor but WAYYYY too much BBQ sauce.
Gritty crust and dough. Flaky crust is alright..
The manager being blatantly rude to an employee asking a very simple question. In front of a customer looking over the menu....
...Turned me off. I shouldn't even have ordered in the first place after hearing that.
$20 for a small pizza? Wow. I will say I gave it a shot. But will not be going back.
Dominos, Lil Caesars, Pizza Hut? Better...
But Hometown pizza 3 is 15 min away. And much much MUCH better. In terms of dough quality. And service has been amazing for years. I'll take the trip next time.
Just because someone is dressed down doesn't mean you can act anyway you want in front of them.
Wait staff was great don't let this go unnoticed..
I will never suggest this place again.
Parking: Large lot. Very accessible.
Kid-friendliness: Doesn't seem kid friendly when the management acts rude.
Wheelchair accessibility: Manual doors.
Will need help with wheelchairs. No steps.

I had the ravioli, and it was delicious. Hands down some of the best sauce I've ever had. Salad was fresh and crisp, and it didn't taste like it came out of a bag! Husband had the chicken parm and said it was delicious as well.
