Ordered my pizza at 2pm Jan 2 2017 for pickup for 5:30pm. 2 large. Wasn't ready when I got there for 5:30pm, at 6pm I asked what the holdup was, they were swamped with few employees working, my first pizza was in the hot box and was waiting on the 2nd the girl dropped it sooo they had to make another. I finally walked out with both my pizzas at 6:30. The manager who was over whelmed did give me a credit which I appreciate......
