The food (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) here was tasty and very hot, which is good. I went thru the drive thru and placed my order - I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, sandwich only. Whoever was taking the order at the time thought this meant no pickles and no condiments. Once we straightened out the potential debacle, I was then asked if I wanted the meal… No, I just want the sandwich. Then she must have felt compelled to ask if I wanted to order anything else. For future reference, when someone orders something and says that is all they want, that means that is all they want. For me, when I say sandwich only, that means I don’t want to make it a meal and no drink. Napkins on the other hand are fine and usually helpful. On a positive note… the food was hot. Also, now you know how you can improve moving forward…

If you get their chicken sandwiches fresh, they are excellent. Juicy with a nice fresh crispiness. The apple pies are great too, like the kind that McD’s used to serve until about 25~30 years when they stopped deep frying them. So i guess popeyes deep fry’s them and they do taste great !

This Popeye's location is quite disappointing. The woman at the counter exhibited rudeness and a lack of respect. After I received my order, she instructed me to move aside while she checked to ensure I had everything. I have come across numerous negative reviews regarding this establishment.

Repeatedly bad service, I've had my orders messed up or forgotten too often. Wait time as long as 25 minutes for a basic order of spicy tenders and fries. I could see at least 7 staff members to 5 customers. I see no reason why they struggle to complete orders

This is more of a fast pace place, on the side of a major road. Let me get started I’ve received under cooked chicken before, I pay for extra sauces a lot of the times and never get them. I’ve found little hairs poking out my chicken. I’ve gotten tenders that are supposed to be a specific flavour and they just dashed it in the box barely any sauce.
I just think the employees are overworked must be cause there’s no way my food is the same result every time whether I order it through Uber eats or go to the place. I can also never get a refund when you guys don’t send me what I paid for!! I mean how are your employees reading the order on a piece of paper and forgetting coleslaw and multiple drinks. It’s not like I’m there to say oh you didn’t give me my drink if it’s getting delivered to me. So I’m fed up. Good day.
