I love Popeye's. But this has to be the cleanest one I've ever been to, with the friendliest most and most helpful staff I've ever seen at a fast food joint. The staff here are really great.

I had the manager at the Thomaston Ave location steal my debit card. They charged my account for my order and then charged me for another transaction that wasn’t mine and never gave me my debit card back. When I went back to the location to get my card and find out what happened he gave me cash back for the second transaction then asked other employees where my card went to the lady proceeded to tell him that she didn’t know what he was talking about because he was the one doing the drive-thru window. He asked for my information so that he could search for my missing debit card when I refused and asked for the regional manager’s number he said no. I will never go to still establishment again.

On this particular trip there was a mishap. I called the store after I got home and it so happen that it was the manager that answered. He dealt with the matter and resolution was received right away. I usually stop because it was on my way, now I will stop because I was happy about the service.

"A Drive-Thru Odyssey: The Day Popeyes Chicken Ascended to Culinary Valhalla"In the grand tapestry of fast-food lore, there exists a drive-thru so legendary, it could only be whispered about in the most hallowed halls of Southern kitchens until now. This is the tale of Popeyes Chicken, not just any establishment, but a beacon of gastronomic delight that, on one fateful day, transcended the realm of the ordinary, thanks to the culinary goddess manning the window. The Setting: A Drive-Thru Like No OtherImagine, if you will, a drive-thru window, not merely a passageway for transactions, but a portal to a world where flavor and kindness reign supreme. It was here, amidst the hum of engines and the scent of spices carried by the breeze, that our story unfolds. The Heroine: A Beacon of Southern HospitalityEnter our protagonist, a young lady of such radiant disposition that even the sun, in all its glory, might shy away in awe. With a smile that could light up the darkest of days and a vibe so warm and inviting, it felt like a hug from your grandma at a family reunion. This was no ordinary employee; this was the embodiment of Southern hospitality, ready to turn any frown upside down. The Plot Twist: An Act of Culinary KindnessAs fate would have it, our hero, a humble seeker of fried delights, mentioned a past tragedy – a mac and cheese that never was. Without missing a beat, our heroine, in an act of unparalleled generosity, bestowed upon him not one, but two servings of the coveted side, ensuring that the past was but a distant memory. But lo! The saga does not end here. For the wait, though filled with anticipation, culminated in a bounty so fresh, so exquisitely delicious, that it could only be described as a culinary hug, enveloping the taste buds in a warmth that whispered, "Welcome home." The chicken, so tender, so perfectly seasoned, it was as if the heavens themselves had descended upon this humble drive-thru.In a world often too quick to pass by, it was this moment, this interaction, that stood as a testament to the power of kindness, of going the extra mile. And to the young lady, the unsung hero of this epicurean adventure, know this: your kindness was the secret ingredient that transformed a simple meal into a feast for the soul.

The chicken was just ok in taste! No macaroni and cheese, disappointed! Mashed potatoes had no flavor ? $30 for fast food, 2 people, over priced!

A sweet young Hispanic woman took my order; she was so accommodating and tried to help in both English and Spanish. Her service was so nice that I wished I had the money to give her a $100 tip.Transaction Date: 02/16/24Time: Around 9:15pm

Service here is terrible, racism is high at this store, manager even called me the N word and soon there will be legalConsequences against that, the owner Jamil is unfair to his employees after they spent on their feet assisting customers and doesn’t care how ppl treat one another, this place should be shut down as soon as possible
