My 1st and last time I will order here! The deliver person was nice although the app tracking was horrible my delivery came 20 min early but the app did not mention that my order left the restaurant so she had to knock a few times. My only issue was the pizza sucked the crust tasted horrible but at least their customer service get 4 stars

Not sure what all the poor reviews are about. We just ate here after not having been in many, many years and it was fantastic. Prices are in line with all other area pizza places. Worth a visit.

We ordered food from here last night, and it was a very poor quality.

Our calzones were undercooked. Our macaroni and cheese bites were literally like the kind from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Rubbery and unappealing. The marinara sauce they charged us for was a disgusting metal flavor.

When asked about receiving a refund for our subpar order, we were denied.

An amazing place to get some exquisite traditional real tasting Italian food. Their penne, El vodka is very delicious. Also their meatballs are great and their sauce is A1 and thats coming from an Italian,I know. Also they have friendly staff and their cook is a very communicative live soul with a vibrant attitude making for great customer service . There’s not many good spots in Waterbury these days but this A1

Our meal started with some homemade bread and oil infused with (secret recipe). This alone blew our mind. Have never tasted anything like it at any Italian restaurant. Far superior to just oil & vinegar we normally see. My son and I had pizzas and they were incredible thin crust pizza perfection. Amazing pizza sauce. My wife and daughter had the lasagna and loved it. All homemade and these two staples are a must eat here! We are from Montreal and recommend this restaurant with gusto if you’re in the area. We ate in the restaurant and the music and decor make you feel like you’re in a small Italian village. Lovely family owned restaurant. Thank you ? for a lovely evening!

While growing up, my family would bring me here all the time. I wanted to show my kids how good the food and service was and it was honestly a huge disappointment. Service was not great. They used to welcome you and talk to you so friendly and engage in conversation. Now they take awhile to even notice you’re there and just tell you to pick a seat. The waitress wasn’t nice at all. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she just seemed rude. It felt awkward being in there and was not the same. Then we got our food, and it was not good at all. I didn’t want to say anything, but it just was not good at all. It is not what I remember growing up. Like I said, I used to love coming here, now it’s just not the same. The service, atmosphere or food. Hope they can turn things around for the better. It’s sad seeing a restaurant you love go downhill.
