If you want a really good bowl of ramen noodle soup, you will find it here in the Brass Mill Center food court.
I had the tonkotsu ramen which is a pork soup with slices of roast pork. The broth and pork were very good and tasted authentic, along with all the usual toppings you will find at a quality Japanese ramen restaurant. I also had the fried chicken wings and they were as tasty and crispy as in Thai restaurants.
They also have a buffet of the usual, ready to eat dishes you will find at the majority of asian restaurants in mall food courts, although the Ramen took about 10-15 minutes to prepare in the back kitchen.
*It's actually "Basil Thai Kitchen" but Google Maps doesn't believe me.

We were visiting from Alaska for an extended stay. My wife is from PI. She found the food very tasty. She liked the fried rice and said that the bourbon chicken was the best that she has had in our travels. She said she would recommend this location. I tired the spicy beef soup. It was spicy but had several good pieces if beef as well as vegetables. The broth was very good. The service we received was friendly and helpful. They even remembered my wife. For food court food, this was very good We will eat here again.

We came to this place for lunch. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The meal was great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Yes it’s a food court, yip staff probably aren’t getting tips but with this attitude they clearly aren’t counting on diners returning either. The server shouted at me because I was choosing a drink instead of picking up the tray another staff member placed on the top of the counter (which I was not even aware of) Really bizarre behaviour considering they were desperate when I arrived and calling out for people to come taste their food. The food was not too bad, much of it was battered, deep fried and a little too sweet for my palate but the rudeness of staff is the overarching memory.

We really enjoyed Ruby Thai, for a food court wife and I both thought it was pretty good. Pad thai, fried rice, Bang Bang Chicken, overall all pretty decent Staff is pretty friendly, and the $7 Combo is an awesome deal and you will leave full.

I did not like the quality of food, food not fresh and very bad quality , taste was bad Very expensive and I think that other restaurants are much better My wife tried the fish and could not eat the rest of it because was not fresh and I ended up paying 15 dollars for a plate with bad quality food and service. About the service I asked a cup of water and he refused saying that there no cups and I have to pay for a bottle. Bad service and foods and I will give it half star

We brought the family to MOA and stopped here for supper. The lady that was serving was one of the rudest people I have run into in a restaurant business. She was annoyed when we couldn't understand her and rolled her eyes at us. She would look at the person next to her and sigh. We felt very rushed as we were trying to order. I will never return and wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone!
