Visited for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted by Diane, owner who charmed me with her bubbly, joyful demeanor, and made the experience more enjoyable and memorable. We enjoyed an appetizer of calamari that was on point. I ordered Osso Buck over mushroom risotto which was melt in your mouth delicious….BUT I barely made a dent today after chowing down on the appetizer. The portion was enormous, and I would be enjoying it for a few more meals. We were so pleased with our choice of restaurants, and will definitely return.

We came there on a whim from there not being many sit in restaurants but finding this was the best!! A cozy atmosphere and the most delicious Penne Vodka and Shrimp Scampi we’ve ever had! The staff were friendly and the chef outdid himself.

This was our second time dining at Signatures. My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic experience again. We truly appreciated the attentive service provided by the staff. We ordered from the Show Nights Menu. Our meals were delicious. The pork special was served over a bed of mushroom risotto which was amazing! Signatures has quickly become one of our favorites!

We went here after a play last weekend. We were new to the area and hadn't made reservations but they squeezed us in before the dinner rush. We just did apps and drinks but we decided it was worth a revisit when we've made reservations and have time for a meal.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere!! My favorite place in Waterbury to eat!!! I had the King Cut Prime Rib and Creme Brulee for dessert!! It was all amazing....I highly recommend trying it out.
First time, but it won't be the last. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We showed up without reservations, and the staff was very accommodating. We sat at the bar where Dave and the rest of the staff were very friendly and entertaining, especially with their banter.

We found this place because the wife had a staff dinner to attend here. The staff at Signatures was the best, very attentive and fun to interact with. I had the Filet Mignon, and it was by far one of the top 3 I have ever had. Apps were great and the bartender made awesome drinks. We're glad we found this place, and we'll certainly be back.
