The fried fish was seasoned to perfection, super crispy. It was my most favorite thing on the menu. I’m not a yams person, but today I was craving them and my craving was satisfied. The nice chunks of yam made this dish perfect. It wasn’t overly sweet which was nice. The Mac and cheese was really good as well, not like a baked Mac but still just as good and cheesy. This place is take out only so be prepared to eat in the car because the smell will have you salivating.
This is my second time and it was delicious then and delicious today. I had the steamed cabbage, sweet potatoes and aphrodisiac chicken wings, man I have to get that one again. It was so good, we should have taken pictures, but we wasted no time when we got home. We will definitely return!
The owner alone will make you go back for the fun vibes and chats tried for first time last night and everything was delicious ate every bite then looked at my husband like darn it we forgot the before pics lol this will be our late night spot for now on this town has terrible food so happy someone with flavor is here so I don't have to cook so much lol it was a bunch of college kids there we chatted while we waited and they all got the soul bowls and was raving about them...
