Very disappointed in my visit, kitchen manager very rude to his workers and unprofessional. I walked in for a coffee and i had to wait like 20 min due to the girl in the front register with black hair flirting with the customers very disappointing to hear her talk about her co workers in bad light in-front of customers as well very hostile environment would not come again!

The Penile was good! The avocado was fresh. Shredded and Full pieces of the penile. I had got a lemonade very good. Their plantain was a-little dry I recommend the chipotle sauce. I do recommend this place if you are looking for Spanish food to eat. Each plate was $10. The two dishes we did get, were very different sizes one was way smaller than the other. When I walked in they said they were open but once we got our plates they said to please leave they are closing. My first time here I was not aware of their hours of operations. It is posted on the door outside.
Parking: Side street parking, right across the street from a university. Walking is preferred.

I wish I knew about Spirit Cafe sooner. The coffee and food are delicious. Customer service is professional as well. The environment is spacious and perfect for studying alone or with a group of friends. I definitely see myself visiting again.
I had the pleasure of speaking with a staff member and was asked, "What could we do to attract more people?" and my response was simple, "Add more photos of the food on the menu. I shouldn't have to ask about sandwich size or food portion size. The image should be accurate and available for view." Let's keep it ? a bunch of ingredients on a board has little to no impact, but a picture can say 1000 words. Check it out, enjoy, and stay blessed.

Amazing food, tons of selections. Came here out of curiosity just to get some work done, instantly amazed! Plugs everywhere, comfy seats, big tables.The food is fresh and delicious, and there are so many drink selections. Totally coming back!
Dietary restrictions: I am lactose-intollerant and have to stay on a low-inflammation diet. I felt like I had enough options, as their menu is extensive and decently customizable.

Everytime I'm in Waterbury I go to the Spirit Cafe for lunch everyday. The buffalo chicken sandwich is my favorite. I also love the tacos and the empanada. Love this place!

For the most part I really do enjoy my orders from Spirit Cafe. However, keep in mind that if you order anything online have a replacement or back up listed in notes. They will not call you to ask if you would like a substitution. Therefore, its best to order in person to avoid disappointment.
