Normally the baristas are pleasant. Went this morning and the two women at the drive-thru sucked their teeth and laughed at me on the speaker when I asked about a swap out for iced coffee when they were out of cold brew. I understand not everything can be done but no need to ridicule others over a single question. Disappointing character on behalf of the staff. Won’t be back moving forward

Supervisor in the evening just before close, made drink wrong and at 9:28 would not answer door (closed early) then came to door at 9:29 and spoke to my daughter he then almost hit my daughter as he tried to close her hand in the door. Never again. This was the most violent person Starbucks needs to look in to him and keep him away from people.

I don’t understand what Starbucks is doing. When I say “no ice,” they fill it up like this (as in the picture). I’m never coming here again. You should respect what your customers ask for, not just sell ice.

The service was fast and the servers were friendly. Outdoor seating was nice and pretty clean. Nice bathroom as well

Whenever I go I ask for an ice coffee frappe and they understand me perfectly, they were training someone there (which doesn't bother me) but it bothers me that for training they don't understand what one asks them and they give you what they want, terrible service.

These delivery drivers need to stop parking in the handicap spots if they are not handicap just cause their in a hurry
Delectable! Best latte from Starbucks I’ve ever had. Also cheaper somehow. Hurt my wallet less. Strongly recommend a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with lavender cold foam
One of the bathrooms was in horrific condition. Poop smeared all over the toilet seat, pee on the floor around the toilet. There was seat protector material crusted onto the top of the seat from pee… high traffic spot, maybe go elsewhere if you need a toilet. 😰
