I’ve had fairly a fairly good experience at this location in the past but today I was really disappointed. I opened my cup after I had already pulled out from the drive thru and was upset to see that the cup was only around half full! I rarely treat myself to a $7 coffee but today I chose to. I would have turned around but had to get to an appointment. Very disappointed.
I received a door dash order from this location. Usually all my door dash orders come from a store close to my house which isn’t anywhere near Waterbury. Anyway, I get my coffee with soy milk frequently and it came looking spoiled and chunky at the bottom. I called the manager to inform her she should check her milk at this location and she didn’t really assure me she would be checking the milk they serve to customers. The picture
I attached are what’s inside the bottom of my drink. Never have I ever received coffee with soy milk at the other location I order from that looked like this. Gross!

Purchased a drink noticed it had a funny taste take the lid off had like soap and oil in it contacted corporate said they contact the manager of the location who will contact me it's been 2 weeks and nothing becareful they put chemicals in customers drinks

The girls that worked Tuesday November 19,2024 don’t deserve jobs at all. They’re rude and don’t even look at you when you come in. They don’t direct you or acknowledge you at all. You’ll just stand there if it’s your first time waiting for someone to direct cause there’s no order here sign. Horrible service and this will be the last time I stop here especially when there’s a Dunkin across from here

Disgusting. They’re slow. And they’re very inconsistent
They just aren't very good/consistent. They are fast very early during the week, but don't even think about going here on the weekend. They will skip over their mobile orders that are 20+ min behind to fill very large walk in orders. Today my hot grande flat white was only half filled. Yes I asked for whipped cream (regular amount) but you don't need THAT much room.

I ordered a drink today, and asked for an oat milk substitution and the barista clearly did not follow directions and used dairy instead. I am still dealing with my dairy allergy and I had this drink hours ago.
Between the drive thru, and in store, it was semi busy. I would expect Baristas to still provide superior customer service, even in a fast paced environment. This turned me off from this location completely and I will not be back. So if you’re looking for a Starbucks location, please drive to another; as I believe it will be worth the service. For the future, I would encourage the staff to focus on quality control no matter the pace of customer flow.
