I actually went in as an Uber driver to pick up an order and it smelt SO GOOD I had to try some. Best chicken I've ever had! Can't wait to try more from here!The chef is super nice and friendly!

At first they had great service nw whoever answers the phone i think it's the ower son is rude and he never gets my order right which has always been the the same Spanish rice with chicken gravy wet with pork shoulder and extra crispy skin... Bt then I call today no delivery driver smh OK I'm done

Bitas Sofrito... where have you been all my life?! We ordered quite a few things tonight and everything was amazing. The beef empanadas, steak stew, chicken, beans, and let's not forget you can order pasteles!! Waterbury has some good Spanish food places but this is hands down my new go-to. Lots of flavor. Meat was tender. Pasteles were perfect!

I tried this place for the first time tonight through UberEATS. The food was delicious! There was a good selection, and the prices were great! They even paid attention to my note about being allergic to peppers! We will definitely be ordering from them again!
