The guy that works is extremely rude. Talks to customers like they aren’t the ones bringing money into the business. I went there he was very arrogant and rude to me yelling at me very disrespectful. Very arrogant . Won’t be going back here .

I would leave zero stars if I could the older man working in there that is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. I ordered a meal with a bottle of Pepsi and he gave me a fountain drink. I showed him my receipt and my order on the app showing that I selected the actual small 20oz bottle of Pepsi and not a fountain drink. He refused to give me the bottle that I selected and paid for and insisted that I take the fountain drink, arguing that the receipt says 20oz. I then showed him that the bottle of Pepsi is in fact 20oz and he still would not rectify his error. He was shouting at me and telling me to leave the restaurant. There are so many other subways in this city I will never go to this one again and I don’t advise anyone else to. I was picking up the food for my lunch for later in the day, which is why I specifically ordered the bottle of Pepsi and not the fountain because the fountain would be melted and watery and gross by the time I actually eat my lunch later in the afternoon. He started to accuse me of trying to get things for free, as if I didn’t pay for my meal. He was extremely disrespectful and honestly disgusting behavior. He should not be working there or any customer service job for that matter.

This place it's so convenient especially if you are hungry after hours they close at midnight and plenty of parking. No issue with the people working there either. They make your sandwich the way you want it.
How I just spent over $30 at Subway get home open my sandwich and the other sandwich that I purchased both sandwiches were made wrong. Sloppy didn’t have the right stuff on it. It wasn’t toasted so I come back very nicely and ask them to remake my sandwiches they’re gonna go ahead and tell me we can’t remake your sandwich. You have to speak to the manager tomorrow. Excuse me if you mess up somebody’s food you’re supposed to correct it. That’s any fast food place. Period I did fast food for years and if a customers order is wrong or there is missing items either remake it or refund me my money it’s that simple they were not trying to remake my food nor give me a refund so I had to let them know you not about to take my hard earned money and now I don’t even have dinner that I paid for ?(for anyone that’s gonna say the make it infront of you no they don’t when your ordering thru a drive thru ? Awful service they give you as little meat as possible and charge $30 for 2 sandwiches I could buy 2 pounds of lunch meat and make 30 sandwhich awful service

So today I ordered some type of Italian combo as a footlong. There are about 4 pieces of salmi and 6 pieces of pepperoni on the ENTIRE FOOTLONG. Not to mention there are about EIGHT pickles. This might be the stingiest sandwiches ever had. Do not go here. The one on West Main street is MUCH better.

Arrived to an empty store, stood there waiting for my delivery, saw it sitting on the counter, and they made me step back and let 2 people cut me off just to hand me the sandwich that was sitting in front of my face 2feet away the whole time

We need a Jersey Mikes or any another sandwich shop in the area when you pay $20 + for a lunch for 2 people about $10 for 1 person and barely any meat or tuna is ridiculous. All you get is bread and vegetables, you may as well eat a veggie sandwich if that’s your thing. I am done with that store. Again we need another sandwich shop in the area. In hindsight I should have left that sandwich right there; what a waste of money for lunch.
Horrible service, the young lady who attended me was having an attitude that I didn't like at all. She even hid the meat options to us. I'm not a client that goes often to Subway, but I never had a bad time until now.. I wish for her attitude to be a bit more humane and not look at people like if they are a bother by coming to the establishment. Nothing personal but I will not doubt to give a review... my review might change if next time I get attended and it improves. P.s. my sandwich had little amount of meat.

Try the sweet onion chicken teriyaki it's delicious. My order is always with white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet peppers, mayonnaise, oil and vinegar with sweet onion sauce on a itlain herd and cheese bread
