I tried ordering a custom cake for my girlfriend’s 27th birthday and had a frustrating experience with Sweet Maria’s. I’ve purchased cakes from them before, which makes this even more disappointing. After emailing a design and calling multiple times, I spoke with Kelly, who said they don’t make that design I envisioned and, in a rude sarcastic tone, told me to “go to the website and see what designs we can do,” without providing any alternatives or guidance whatsoever . They also seemed confused about whether I had placed an order, even though I never received a price or proper assistance.
I won’t be purchasing from them again with this type of attitude. I ended up ordering a cake elsewhere, where the staff was kind, helpful, and willing to suggest an alternative to achieve the simple design I requested.

Sweet Maria’s is truly the best when it comes to birthday, anniversary, and wedding cakes! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 4 years, and they’ve never let me down. This year, I considered trying a new bakery for my sister’s birthday, but everyone I contacted was either rude or never replied. I ended up going back to Sweet Maria’s just 4 days before the event — and as always, they came through with a beautiful and delicious cake. Highly recommend
Sweet Maria’s was amazing to work with! Our cake tasting was such a fun experience, and Kellie helped us design the perfect cake. We added six cupcake flavors and everything was absolutely delicious—we got so many compliments! They delivered to our venue and decorated the cake beautifully with fresh flowers we provided. Highly recommend for both taste and service!

I came on June 21 and needed it a wedding cake for july 5th, bc it's a tier cake she offered sheets or round cake bc it takes them 6 months to do a tier cake 🤔 they lost my business!!!
