This is the third time they messed up my order. When you come here check the bag before you leave the drive thru. They will just put anything in your bag

The price of a taco for the size is a bit high. The burritos are consistently inconsistent. Sometimes they are portioned properly and other times it is way under portioned. More tortilla with small amount of filling makes it very disappointing to eat. They need to do something about portion control.

Got my order wrong ordered supreme taco got lettuce and meat. Almost 8$ for burrito supreme and it was tiny. Have them a chance again. Won't ever go back. Food was horrible.

I come here often for my lunch breaks. There is never a line at the drive-thru. The food i order is always correct. The service is mediocre, with no personalities, and no use of basic manners. It shouldn't be hard to smile and use basic manners like, hi and thank you....not asking for much!

I recently visited the Taco bell Franchise on 973 Wolcott St Waterbury, CT 06704. I ordered a number one with a diet Pepsi. The menu says in bold letters three Crunchy Taco Supreme and Includes a picture of three taco Supreme which includes sour cream and tomatoes. To my surprise I was given three regular tacos. I went back to the Franchise and tried to explain the situation to the employee. She was extremely rude and dismissive. She kept insisting that I did not specify that I wanted supreme so I was given regular. I tried to tell her that as a customer I assumed that I would be receiving what was pictured and written in bold letters. Again, she dismissed my concerns and told me to drive up to have my tacos remade. I gave her the regular tacos and I was given the supreme tacos. When I took the first bite of what was supposed to be a comfort food meal for me, after a long week of unfortunate events, I discovered that I was given frozen tomatoes. This was very unprofessional and confusing for the customer. Your employees should not assume what a customer wants and ask their customers if they would like supreme or regular tacos. I would like this to be addressed because I paid for this meal and could not eat it after being given frozen tomatoes.

I like the food and all, but this location or any taco bell I go to always messes up my orders. No matter what. I suggest not going to taco bell if you want something specific, but if you dont care and you just hungry go ahead I would recommend for a quick bite, but not for a meal.
