Terrible service, me and my father went inside because the wait time in the drive through was 10 minutes and the guy said it would be faster to come inside. we placed an order to pay cash and all the workers ignored us and never came to take our money , we waited 15 minutes before we left with nothing. DO NOT COME HERE AND EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We come here frequently, great vegetarian options, Especially Mexican Pizza which are made from freshly fried shells, Whole staff is friendly,Manager does personally attend & marking sure to quality meals are prepared, we really love this place & staff.

Went to grab some food for my kids after their game. I hate this location because of their lack of customer service but wanted to please my kids. I order and pull off into the parking lot to hand the kids their food and noticed an item was missing. I went back to the window, Employee says he has to get a manager. Mr. Robert proceeds to tell me that he packed the order himself and that there is footage of the item going into the bag. I literally took what my kids were eating away and showed him every single wrapper. He said while shrugging his shoulders “well what do you want me to do? We don’t give out free food here” I informed him with my receipt in hand that I wasn’t asking for free food I was asking for what I paid for. He proceeded to tell me that all the customers go and expect to get free food. He yelled and was very dismissive. Yelled at me to never go back again. Oh Robert trust me I will never go back there. Corporate you really need to come look at these reviews and do something.

Deceptive advertising. 5/7/9 box is not that price here. Why advertise and then not participate with pricing?
On top of that no one ever is here working. Long line at kios because no one is at register. One man at drive through. One is making food. And one sitting in office on cell phone viewable from counter.
Honestly, what did I expect? Fine dining? A Michelin star? Nah, just a little meat in my $8 Crunchwrap Supremes would’ve been nice. Instead, I got two glorified tortillas filled with disappointment. At this point, I think the cow just waved as it drove by the kitchen. 1/5 stars for the audacity.

The price of a taco for the size is a bit high. The burritos are consistently inconsistent. Sometimes they are portioned properly and other times it is way under portioned. More tortilla with small amount of filling makes it very disappointing to eat. They need to do something about portion control.
