Customer service was so completely focused talking on her cellphone, that completely messed up my order.
Went thru the drive thru tonight around 10-10:30pm, had two separate orders, and I just wanted to say the gentleman/bossman that was running the drive thru window, had amazing service, attitude, patience and energy. Please give him a raise, promote him, or give some sort of recognition for his work ethic. Most of the time when people leave reviews, they’re purely negative but I felt compelled to say he provided excellent service and business etiquette along with whomever else he worked with tonight. Hard to believe I was in Waterbury. I appreciate their time, energy and service. 100/10

Nah 36 dollars for 6 tacos (ok I ordered supreme but still) is a bit ridiculous, service is great and food was ready fast, but you can get better Mexican almost anywhere else, a burrito at Moe's is bigger and like 11 bucks

Went in and ordered a chalupa supreme, when i gor it it was stale and it tasted bitter and like old oil, i asked for a new one, the girl in the front was super nice and understanding, she went back and asked the cooks for a new one, went out to my car only to find the new one was worse than the first one, in an attempt to avoid confrontation i just took a bite of it, and threw it out, everytime i go to this particular Taco Bell i never get fresh food, wont be going back anytime soon.

The restaurant is dirty. Tables, chairs, soda machine, floor, high chairs, bathroom. I’m guessing this lady was a manager sitting at a table with another manager talking loudly about the dealings of the restaurants & personal business. She even said that when she was going over the reviews and complaints of the restaurants, she was trying to delete them because they weren’t favorable. But she couldn’t because items bought were missing from customers meals. She then walked to the counter and screamed at the employee in the back area about a laptop issue. Once back at the seat she was cursing out loud with the other manager. I asked her to please watch her language because I had a child with me. Really, come on, you’re that attention seeking? The face I got from her in return was so stank that only a mother could love. She didn’t proceed to do anything else. Needless to say, we won’t be bringing our business here anymore. And bad word of mouth travels fast & far. (The nachos were stuffed in the baggie & that made them cracked & crumbly.) I wouldn’t except to be treated so rudely & I was offended by the vulgarity. I’d expect better from the managerial team. Unprofessional 🤦🏻♀️ The picture’s don’t do the dirtiness justice. But we were sticking to the floor.
