The customer service at this place when it is 9pm or later is absolutely horrendous. The employees treat you like you’re there to start a fire or something. In the past year I’ve probably been to this location about 4-5 times after dark and each time they have given attitude, messed up my order, forgotten sauces, burnt my food, every time there’s something new. It’d be different if I was going at 915pm and the restaurant closed at 930pm. I would absolutely understand an attitude in that scenario lol but the restaurant is supposed to be open until 4am! I haven’t had a single solid experience. I’m also only ordering for 1-2 people, not the entire menu. I just don’t get it. It’s time to FIRE some people LMAO

Pretty consistent here. Usually speedy. I went tonight and there was a line when I ordered, but they made my food super fast. And got it right (not that my order is complicated, but you would be surprised some places. I was impressed.
Outside could use some TLC but thats Thomaston Ave I guess.

So I was getting a Baja blast since it sounds tasty and was tasty but the problem I had was that the drive through line was way too long but the person in front of me took 15 mins just talking to the drive through employee. I got my drink and left but if Taco Bell is reading this just note, THIS MEANS WAR!??????

I was forced to use their ordering tablet on the wall when they had registers for taking orders. It took me 10 times longer to place my order in and they still messed up on my order.
Whoever works the first shift at this locations deserves something. Breakfast and lunch until about 11 11:30 is always perfect and the service is top notch.Whatever happens after that good luck. Just wanna shout out the first shift at this location. Professionals

Good food, great costumer service . Time wise they tell you to hold on instead of taking your order as soon as you get in. They are way too slow and on top of everything made me pull took 10 more mins and got the order wrong. Also the tacos had a lot of sour cream not a normal amount literally! I’m upsetting because I like taco bell.
