Lazy workers for one Two... very inconvenient to have customers come to the drive thru just to be told by 2 am they no longer take orders only mobile orders ... And by 2:30am they no longer take orders at all so the location does not stay open till 3am and you are left to rush to download app place your order and put in card information before 2:30 am. waste of a drive

Not a bad place. Food is pretty consistent for portions. Check your nachos though. I got crumbs instead of chips. Seems to be to lazy to open a new bag to give customers a good quality product.

The wait time for food is absolutely horrible. You would think putting a mobile order in would save you from waiting but not necessarily. I waited over 15 minutes after the expected time to have my order ready on the app. They don’t even walk up to you or check on you at the counter , they simply just look at you while you’re standing as if you’re not a customer . I’m not sure how this place is still even open .
What a horrible experience. After ordering at the kiosk and waiting for around 15 minutes, our food was not even being made the whole time. They claimed to have given our order to someone in the drive-through by accident, which I don’t think is true. Then, after apologizing, they said they would make it. Then they said that there is no more Chalupa’s and it would be a five more minute wait. A half an hour later, OUR ORDER WAS STILL NOT being made! In total, we spent 50 minutes waiting for food that never came. The worker just gave up and offered to give us a refund. The lack of transparency from the workers made the experience even more frustrating. They stare at you like you’re not even there. I have never experienced anything like at any food establishment. I will never ever return here again. Take your business elsewhere!

Where do zi start...night time shift needs more help. They can not handle it. Way too busy and believe its from door dash which is great but the workers are overwhelmed and the wait time is crazy. THEY NEED HELP

They teleported my quesadilla. There’s no other way to describe what happened. We went through the drive thru, ordered a box and a quesadilla, when we got home and checked the bag, the quesadilla wasn’t in it. Mind you, we ravaged this bag looking for it. So to get our money back we called, the worker informed us it was at the bottom of the bag, when we reached in it was there. Magic.

This place is almost always perfect. My order is always right. Sometimes it comes out like they were in a rush, and it could be better, but rarely. Only downside is the cost. Two people and our bill was $41. But that’s not the fault of the individual store or the people who work there, so I’m not too pressed about it. If money is tight, there are some awesome local places that will give you way more food for the same price or less. But if you want Taco Bell specifically, this is the one to go to.
