Never have I ever wanted to make a review until this day . Very disappointed with my service tonight !!!!!! Ordered a lux cravings box which has been the same 3 items for a while now. Once Home I open the box and it’s all different things which I got charged extra for steak chalupa that also was not in my box . Sent husband back to store to correct food and manager states that the lux items have changed which would have been fine but I got no notice of that when ordering . MANAGER STATES SHE PUT ITEMS IN THE BOX WITH THE ADDED STEAK CHULUPA BUT NOT THERE. Husband asked for a refund because food is now cold and manager states YOU CAN HEAT IT UP AT HOME . I’m disgusted with manager on duty tonight. Never have I ever been told to heat up my FAST FOOD THATS SUPPOSE TO BE HOT AND READY. That manager will be making customers disappear day by day !!!! Will not come back to this establishment!!

I stopped at DD for a coffee and decided to grab a snack. (Emphasis on “a”)
I ordered a potatoe taco. Once at the window, I asked for “a” hot sauce. The cashier repeated my request to his helper.
The Verdict: Why buy hot sauce for your home when you can stop here?😂🤷♀️
Either “a” is the new 14 or he thought all that damn hot sauce ilwould make the cold taco taste hot.🤷♀️

One of the absolute worst experiences i have ever had at a taco bell for sure , The “ Manager “ andrew if he is a manager needs to be fired for how disrespectful and unprofessional he is … it was only 1:05am and they are supposed to be open until 2-4am but online it says 4 at this location…he asked if i was picking up a mobile order and i said no … he followed with okay we’re closed. Then told me his name and if i had an issue can report so i shall but this isnt the first bad experience besides my food always being cold or bad tasting the health department needs to be in this establishment immediately and whoever runs this location needs to do better with hiring professionals because that was very off putting especially getting out of work late knowing it says your open hoping to get a fresh meal from one of your fav restaurants and being treated this way was not okay !!! Do better taco bell seriously

i don’t know why i even came here, but i placed a mobile order. The mobile order was placed at 8:39 i am still here in the drive thru at 9pm. There is only one car in front of me and i’ve been waiting here with this one car in front of me this whole time and they haven’t even came to the window to talk to the guy in front of me! i took a screenshot of the photo i took so you can see the time i took this photo. This is beyond insane as i have worked at taco bell and know that you get times for your orders to be out the window. This is absolutely unacceptable and i expect for my order to be refunded to me as i am leaving and do not want this product and lack of service.

This place was very filthy!! The floor had food everywhere, the counter tops were sticky, garbage on the tables and running out of the trash can, soda all over the soda counter area, dirty napkins and empty straw wrappers were in the condiments containers, toilet wasn't flushed, bathroom paper all over the floor, and for God sakes there were feces marks all over the toilet paper. After I was done looking around, I noticed every last employee was outside smoking cigarettes and some smoking weed. There wasn't a soul inside working.
