Although the drive through employee was nice enough it seemed that they lacked basic hearing skills. I asked for an order or chips and cheese but with an extra cup of cheese and I said this at least 3 times and find that I did get the two cups of cheese. BUT NO CHIPS?. I really didn’t think it took that much thought or that I had to double check over what I double checked in the first place. Otherwise got everything else in my meal right
Daytime crew is awesome but getting food here at night is horrible. Staff is miserable and extremely slow. They'll ignore you while your standing and waiting to place an order. Prefer the taco bell on Thomaston Ave honestly.
I placed an order online and when going to pick it up they gave me the wrong order. I went inside and the person's order that I had that was wrong had the same first name as me so they confused it. they were still able to make my order fresh and hot after the fact but it was frustrating because they didn't even check the last name and assumed I was the right person for the online order. after they gave me the correct order everything was made right.
