King “Mojo” Mojo
Not a good experience. Ordered drinks and food. Food came quickly so no problem there. It was all downhill after that. Food was served before the drinks. Shrimp was over cooked and very chewey. Halfway through the meal still no drinks. I had to get up and find our server to inquire. I was told the bartender was not available so she would make the drinks herself. Drinks finally came but separately. One drink tasted like no alcohol. Bartender finally showed up and that drink was replaced. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment.

We stopped to eat after a very long road trip. My husband is a seafood eater, I am not. I ordered the boiler burger. It was a thin frozen patty that was dry and over cooked. It was absolutely NOT angus as is advertised.It was round, it was brown, it resembled meat, but it was not angus. Hubs ordered the lobster roll, he said it was "alright." Hubs ordered the shrimp eggrolls and asked for spicy mustard. He was told all they have is honey mustard, okay, we'll go with that, but instead of honey mustard, it was served with sweet & sour sauce. But all they have is honey mustard? Kids running up and down the aisles constantly screaming. But hey! The lemon martini was good! Here's the kicker though. When we got our check the suggested percentages of tip was at the bottom. Our bill was $68.54. If I calculated right 15% of $68.54 is $10.28. However, their 15% suggestion of our bill was $19.60. Someone ain't mathin right. We won't be back. Unfortunately I'm forced to give this place a 1 star, I'd give it a -5 if I could.

I had to take some points off because the last order I had the lobster was not cleaned properly so I ended up throwing it away. Definitely do not want to be eating lobster poop. Other than that one experience, this place is pretty good. Just please clean your seafood properly!

Ordered fish basket for lunch. The fish and fries came to me in a small basket. I had to ask for a dish so I could try to eat something. Fish was cold and very dry with no taste. It must have been sitting on the counter for awhile. Fries were cold too. Could not believe what they served me. Told the waitress, but no comment was made. Will never go back. Don’t waste your time.

Fast, friendly service and excellent food. Following the current Louisiana-inspired steamed seafood craze, The Boilery is a welcome addition to the Waterbury restaurant scene. My especial favorite is the grilled shrimp served over garlic butter noodles. Scrumptious! Just the right bit of heat, rich and very tasty.
