Everything good
Worst food and service I’ve ever had. Not sure how they are still in business.
It's my 3rd time there & the customer service is amazing! The waitresses are kind, attentive, patient & just overall nice! During the day or early evening it can be super quiet in there, not many people in there. Which honestly to me is perfect. It means your food comes out quicker & you get quicker service! ? Win+Win! The food????????? is incredible! Sooo good! Make sure you visit, you won't regret it! ?

This is so far our favorite spot in town. A nice place to have a family meal during the day and amazing for a date time during the night. Authentic Ecuadorian cuisine with best Encebollado. Prices are rational and food portions are great. You won’t regret it. Their Bandeja Paisa is also on point.

Arrived here on a Friday a little before ten. Got the vibe it was a fun night spot… ordered two tequila sodas and my husband two captain and cokes. We also each had two shots of fireball totaling 4 all together. I was expecting to pay 7ish per shot and maybe 9ish per drink. The spot is nice but was definitely giving a cross between Latin club and dive bar. We had two sides of fries at 2.50 a piece… instead of the 75-80 bill I was expecting it was 117!!!! When my husband asked if the bill was correct the owner said something along the lines of “we looked at prices of places near by and priced accordingly”. At our fav spot in Southington (which is a much nicer town) we’re used to paying about 8 bucks a drink and 6-7 or so a shot if that. The owner thinks this place is giving NYC nightclub vibe but it’s not… no one is even here. Guess everyone caught on expect us. It’s a Friday almost 11:00pm will never return. Also my husband asked when we first arrived if it picked up as it got later (we did arrive before ten) to switch the bartender responded oh yes in 20 minutes it’ll be packed… a straight up lie. When this place was shamrock back in the day the nightlife was amazing !! Took photos of the empty club but don’t know how to post this is only my second google review ever goes to show how much this place pissed me off… won’t be open long

I have literally eaten here 6 days a week my co workers included. This place is great for everyone. The drinks are amazing the owner and his wife ensure everything is of quality. I don't know what his wife does to the food but I had to ask her if she put a spell on it because I love everything I have ordered so far. Very nice setting inside or outside. Kid friendly as well. Oh and I forgot to mention very clean business the prices are great the amount of food you get is insane! I recommend the chicken tacos and chaufus might have spelled it wrong lol and the wraps if you are looking for something light to eat. You have to try a margarita if you go there they make the best drinks.

Chicken on my salad was very salty. Very generous portion. Our service was very poor. Our food was extremely slow to come out (two wraps and two salads) and one table got their food long before us and they came in 10 minutes after us. We were one of three tables with people. We didn’t see our server for another 30 minutes after the food was delivered, and we need water because SALT. ? The atmosphere and the building are cute. Overall, not impressed. Likely won’t go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the only good thing about the place was the music. I had such high hopes walking in and even complimented the place. The place was nearly empty, that should’ve been a red flag on a Saturday. The food took almost an hour to come out and the fried fish was not good, it tasted weird, it was bland and not seasoned at all. I took one bite out of it and left hungry. When I mentioned this to the manager, his response was “oh well, everyone comes here and gets the food and says it’s great, that’s just how we cook it, we’ve never had any complaints and maybe it’s just not for you. We can’t take it off the bill because it’s our loss.” In the same way, it’s my loss as a customer, I am leaving hungry and paying for something I did not eat. On top of that, it was on special and they charged regular price. The manager had extremely unprofessional mannerisms and needs customer service training.

I really enjoyed my visit to el Patio. I was served by Paola who was very friendly and welcoming. I had a margarita with passion fruit and it was delicious. I tried the chicharrón appetizer and it was so good. The place is really nice with a patio to sit outside. I will be back soon!
The service is very slow and they change the prices on the menu and what they have on the computer. You ask for a juice, not ice, and they give you three-quarters of the glass.
Before they gave you more food, now they reduce the portions.
