I really wanted to like this place, but my visit was disappointing. The food didn’t taste authentic as advertised, and several ingredients seemed far from fresh. The seafood, in particular, was clearly frozen and very fishy. When I tried to speak with our server about it, she actually told me to “shush” because she was talking with someone—pretty shocking and unprofessional. Service was slow from start to finish, and by the time everything arrived, the meal wasn’t worth the wait. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I hope management addresses the food quality and customer service issues.

Went here for the first time with my husband we ordered the chicken sandwich and although the staff was amazing the wait time was ok and the portion was big the chicken was like the pre cooked ones you get in Walmart and heat up on the oven plus the food didn't have no flavor crazy thing is that the only thing that actually had flavor was the tomatoes 🤦🏻♀️ i like the ambient of the place but wouldn't go back to eat here it was definitly not worth $50 .

Plenty of parking, nice outdoor sitting area, food and drinks were ok I guess but for the price we paid could have been better… indoors is ok, big open area, looks like a billiard/sports bar more than a cafe. They do have live entertainment and were setting up for it while we where there.. Negative dining experience, there was no hostess and had to figure out if we waited or sit ourselves, which we did.. all waitresses behind bar or in kitchen and customers waiting too long for food, and for their drinks, beverages.. there were times you had to get up and ask for waitress..we were at restaurant for 3 hours, hour and half waiting and looking for waitress to take order or bring order out.. Noise level (Music) too loud.. Appetizer not enough meats or chorizo and chicken pieces overcooked.. Margarita not enough liquor and did not like the mix, tasted ok, not great! I had to try to cut my overcooked meat w/butter knife Will not go back..

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went there last night with my friend. Not only was it's empty, but they actually charged $12 for 1!!! Shot of ciroc vodka. This is the second time that I came to this place. The first time I was harassed by male customers, and when I went to tell the staff they did nothing about it, and I had to leave to avoid an ugly situation. I thought I would give it another shot. And when I tell you that the prices, we're absolutely insane, and this is coming from a bartender of twenty years, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Don't waste your time.It's saved the hole that would be burned in your pocket for a horrible atmosphere and horrible service. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I promise this one needed to be left in and it needed to be said. Because I don't think anyone should be subjected to this type of an atmosphere.

It's my 3rd time there & the customer service is amazing! The waitresses are kind, attentive, patient & just overall nice! During the day or early evening it can be super quiet in there, not many people in there. Which honestly to me is perfect. It means your food comes out quicker & you get quicker service! ? Win+Win! The food????????? is incredible! Sooo good! Make sure you visit, you won't regret it! ?

This is so far our favorite spot in town. A nice place to have a family meal during the day and amazing for a date time during the night. Authentic Ecuadorian cuisine with best Encebollado. Prices are rational and food portions are great. You won’t regret it. Their Bandeja Paisa is also on point.
