Went there for a Christmas party so my point of view is not the best for a real Restaurant review, but here goes. Staff was friendly, professional and attentive. Food was decent but not top tier. The dining room is clean cozy and appropriate for a good Restaurant. The group I was with was very noisy so I can't guess at the typical ambiance

I haven't been here since I was a kid, and I remember coming with my parents and really enjoying Vasi's when I was younger. I was honestly sad to have seen the episode with Gordon Ramsey, but I am SO happy things turned around. If anyone's skeptical of giving this place a try, don't be. Give it a chance, you won't be sorry. As someone who highly considers themselves a foodie and has tried many restaurants throughout Connecticut and from different parts of the world, I would say Vasi's Taverna is one of the best I've had in a long time. Can't wait to come back for my anniversary!

Had a private party there, in the banquet hall, Matt was the bartender and he was incredibly friendly and a really hard worker. He always made sure everyone was happy, along with the rest of the staff. A beautiful space, and amazing staff. If you get the chance to book here DO IT.

Food was very good ...but the service was POOR... I've been there 4 times and there is usually some problem with getting the wait staff's attention. The last time l was there (for a banquet) they served half my tablet then started two other tables before l got mine. It was upsetting because they just kept rushing by ignoring me. Finally got served. (slightly smaller portion) NOT HAPPY...BUT I'M OVER IT AND WONT BE BACK.....sometimes how your treated is more important then what your getting😡😡😡

very it's a very good place to eat I recommend it to anybody that wants to sit down to some fine dining food I am very excited to announce that I will be eating here again and again I haven't ate here in a very very long time but I look forward to going back and if I had a chance to I would eat here everyday breakfast lunch and dinner. the only thing that I would mainly changes that I wish they would stay open more often that way there would be more opportunities to enjoy the food that comes with I hope this review helps people to make a fast and easy decision on rev.
