So we decided today to order from wayback burgers and it was the worst experience I ever had. We ordered over the phone and picked it up 20 mins later. I brought my 4 year old daughter to accompany me in the pick up of the food. My daughter and I walked in to pick up and pay. My daughter was greeted with a small fountain drink cup and the employee was facinated with my daughter. The employee stated " HI there, do you want this" she replied with a shake of her head no" I immediately said it's okay, not trying to be rude. At that moment I knew she was right by denying the offer. The employee continued to smile at her as we walked over to the fountain soda machine. When we started to fill the cup up with soda the employee called his fellow Co worker to bring to his attention my daughter and he stated something in his language. As he was talking with his co-worker they both were smiling and giggling while speaking in their language. I completely felt uncomfortable and I saw my daughter also. We walked over and the smiling and giggling continued so I asked my daughter to have a seat while I paid to get the attention away from her. The employee continued with the smiling and giggling at her while I was trying to block the pathway of of eyesight. He then leaned over to regain eyesight and I turned around to say let's go in a calm manner. This experience was the worst and will not return to Wayback Burgers but will inform everyone how about the inappropriate behavior that was conducted.

The burgers weren't what I expected. I wanted the taste of a burger that was off the grill like at home. Disappointed. I do have to say my order was ready when I got there and the staff was great.

Disappointed today. Had a single burger w cheese. Tots with chili and cheese. Burger was ok, but tots were cold, chili tasted off and cheese was melted but cold. Overall if this was my first visit I would not return. Since I have eaten here before this was not experience past times. What changed? Staff? Idk, but I see a lack of pride in what they send out

I was pretty happy with my order. I got the double bacon burger and a large order of chili cheese tots. The one thing that stood out the most was how neatly everything was made and packed to go. The burger was not a sloppy, greasy mess like some other burger chains. The toppings were fresh and tasty. I did think the bacon was a bit questionable. It was super thin and might have been microwaved bacon.The large chili tots were absolutely enormous. Do not get the large for just one person. 4 people could share a large. With that being said, they were very tasty with plenty of chili and cheese on top.

OMG, I ate so much that I had to sit for a while. Burgers are fresh and cooked to order. I dropped my small fries and they brought me another large fries, no questions asked.

Thought the hamburgs lacked any taste and found prices to be a bit excessive for the items. Staff was rather robotic.

Great food, great service, great 1st experience. The cheesy burger was AWESOME. I did think the Cajun tater tots were just okay. The seasoning isn't quite right for me personally. But def will go back. Oh yea, they have a large stack of onion rings too

Overall the food is good. I won't deny that. However the prices are outrageous for what you get. The preparation of the food is as if you went to a sit down restaurant or something... yet their employees act as if they're doing the customers a favor by being there. The store is supposed to close at 9PM yet on more than one occasion going to pick food up after it being ordered I find that the doors are locked and the restaurant is dark. You have to sit there and knock on a window to try and get someone's attention.Despicable. As a place of business, if you're open until 9pm that should mean you are OPEN until 9pm. Stop letting these high school kids close early!!
