Workers move so slow. Not even an apology for having customers wait so long when they arent even busy. Hire more people or teach them better service.

Night manager, rude as can be. I’m in a semi/ no trailer. I waited my turn “ in line “ and manager refused to take my order, although my semi truck was 10 feet away on other side of curb . Instead of taking order with cash, “only way I’ll serve you is through mobile order” . Well I have cash. And I don’t have the app ..good to know that’s how truckers are treated. I’m a clean cut,professional looking guy , there was no reason to be denied food.

Workers weren’t wearing gloves when serving cooked food. The lady doing the fries and nuggets literally stuck her thumb inside the container over and over again before serving people. When I pointed this out the manager seemed annoyed and did not instruct her to put gloves on. However the young mad working the counter (short skinny kid, glasses, didn’t get his name) gladly repackaged new food with gloves and sans the thumb of doom.

I asked for a baconator son and the rice of bacon was a 1 inch big. Ugh you are paying to get a bacon sandwich not ketchup sandwich

Went here for the krabby patty and pineapple frosty. The burger is good but the pineapple frosty is where its at. My kids loved it. I hope they choose to keep the frosty as a menu item.

This Wendy’s sucks. They messed up my whole order. Both of the burgers were made wrong, baconator had one piece of bacon cut in half and the double Big Bacon Classic I ordered was a single stack. They also gave me a medium sized drink when I paid for a large one and I had to call them out on the spot. NEVER going back there again.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came around 1am after going to a concert to grab something to eat. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and only got 2. 1 out of those 2 sandwiches was missing the chicken… so we only had 1 sandwich to eat and didn’t get to have dinner

I stopped here and went through the drive thru to grab some lunch. The food was good. The person working the drive thru wasn’t as friendly as is typical with a Wendy’s Hamburger Restaurant. Perhaps she was overwhelmed by the business, but it just wasn’t normal when compared with the other locations.
It wasn’t bad, just not up to expectations, perhaps it is as good as it gets when you are in Waterbury.

Ratchet employees. Horrible service. Miserable environment. I only gave one star to leave a straight up review of my experience at this Wendy’s. Might as well close this one

Worst place to order from in the day time..staff is very slow..walked in and nobody took my order..another person walks in and they look rite by me like if I was never there..smfh absolutely horrible..never will I go there again..definitely needs new staff

For the 30 minutes I was in the dining room I did not see any employee take a single person's order. Everyone had to order through mobile or using the tablet. Service was slow and when we finally did get our food there were no napkins, utensils or working ketchup dispenser. At least the self serve coke machine worked although it was very slow. Also, the people after us ordered lemonade but when they got their food the employee had to inform them they were out of it. Something that could have been mentioned if their was a cashier taking orders.
