I called during the day to get info on pizza and delivery. I spoke with Pam. She gave me the details and said if I wanted I could call her back when I was ready. I did call her back and ordered my pizza for delivery at 6pm. It came right on time. Our pizza was hot and delicious 😋

Service is poor I went there the waitress doesn't pay too much attention at the tables I was waiting for her to take my order for about 10 minutes then I had to go and asked her then she said she didn't saw me 🙄 also the deserts are ridiculous prices I got charged 7 dollars for just a sliced of chocolate cake now that's ridiculous never again will buy it.

I'm very happy with the way the staff treats people. They're so kind and caring, they're so quick to serve, and they always give their best. The pizza, sandwiches, and pasta are delicious. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place. The waitress, Sheshe, is respectful, kind, and very attentive. Thank you.

Pizza is amazing the young lady is a sweetheart , second time going here. since my pizza spot shut down. i just wish they would get the fact that I pay for the Pizza ahead of time lol :) it's always something with that, but it'sunderstandable and okay :) good Pizza place

Best pizza I've had outside of New York city. Delivery is super fast and the food is still hot when you get it. The food is absolutely amazing and you definitely get more than you pay for!

We were at the Waterbury location for less than 40 minutes. We reserved the table for 1 pm. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a pitcher of soda. The bill was $46.69 (not a problem) pizza was so so. The issue is the restaurant took more money from my account than what the receipt says was owed. I tipped the waiter $5.31on the card and $5 on the table. We leave and I get the ping on my phone that I was charged $56.03. This is a card that we use for family enjoyment moments. So for safety reasons we add money to this card right before we use it to keep track of spending and prevent fraud (so we thought). I waited 24 hours to see if the transaction would be fixed and it wasn’t. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. The lady that answered the phone was hesitant and said she is the front end manager and asked how could she help me (this is the lady who stole the money) I will withhold her name. I said I have an issue and would like to speak with a manager. She kept asking questions. I answered some and then I said I really would like the manager. She says the manager is not here. I ask when will he be there. She says “he’s in and out with no specific time” I ask what is his name she responds “I’m not comfortable giving out his information” hold on. She puts the phone down and tells some guy she’s trying to help me but I won’t let her help me. Which is true to a certain point because she is the one that did the transaction. Anyway this guy “Joe” does the same thing the lady does. Apparently the boss’s name is a big secret. He says I’m the son how can I help you. I say I have an issue and I would like to speak with the owner. I do not want the lady to help me I would like the owners name and a time to best reach him. Joe says he isn’t going to provide his father’s information because he doesn’t know who I am or what I want.I provide some information but he still refuses to give me the name. I bet (I’m not a betting woman) if I said I wanted to tell the owner a good story they would not have had a problem. All this to just say be aware of how much they charge your card. I don’t mind tipping but don’t take from me and think it will not be noticed is crazy. This lady didn’t have to do anything but bring the pizzas and the pitcher of Soda. We sat for less than 30 minutes cleared the table and stacked our own plates. I dont get it!

5 stars all the way, I love their food and order from here often. The eggplant rollantini is incredible, and comes with a side of pasta and soup/salad. The hot grinders are the best around, and the full size ones are huge! The stuffed mushrooms are delicious but a little pricey. Every pizza I’ve ordered here has been perfect, never burnt. Everyone I’ve talked to in person or on the phone has been very nice.

This place has alway been a hidden gem! Pam was amazing and the pizza is as good as ever! Came on valentine’s day and they made it into a heart, so so cute!

Ordered for the Super Bowl, the pizza and wings were great ! Delivery came 10 minutes early, which we were happy about. We will be ordering again in the future :)
