I heard a kitchen staff member talk about me because he was upset that I wasn’t able to eat the spicy sauce on my meal. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this restaurant because of this.

First time ordering and it was really seamless it has everything even down to how crispy you want the wings. I got Buffalo lemon pepper tenders they were soo good and my bf got the regular chicken wings he liked them as well. Service was great too the girl at the counter was really nice you don’t get good service anymore so i appreciated that and I’ll be back. Also the food was ready when it said it would be

I love the variety of different sauces, would like more variety for the rubs though. I also like how the heat intensity is clearly marked at the store but I think it would be good to have it like that on the website as well. I’ve only tried the wings and I love them.

Ranch is not included in the Order anymore. Instead you have to pay extra for that. Really? That to me was unbelievable .

Very disappointed in the food I received. I ordered waffle fries and 6 piece wings. All my food seemed old like it was reheat and gave to me. I spent almost $20 for garbage. I did not even finish the food. The fries were hard and over cooked like they refried them or something. The wings had way too much seasoning and also seemed like they were old. None of my food was fresh. I will never order from here again. My first and last time. Terrible first impression
