Burgers were so greasy the bun was dripping and soggy, fries were old and hard. Server was inattentive, seats are old and cracked

Wings were great, nachos were a little disappointing. Stale and not enough cheese. The loaded ice cream was amazing, and perfect for two people to share. A bit disappointing that we couldn’t sit where we wanted, but overall still a good experience.

The service was terrible, I was with my family and we were already seated at a table, but they still took a long time to take our order. Even though we were clearly dining in, they packaged our food in take-out containers without asking if we wanted to eat in or take out. When we started eating, a staff member came over and rudely told us that we couldn't eat take-out food in the restaurant, which was absurd since we had never said it was take-out. The food was also disappointing, the fries were dry and overcooked. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty and the whole experience was unpleasant. What made it even worse was that I, a young woman, felt disrespected by the male staff member's behavior, it was completely unprofessional and rude. And to top it off, when we were leaving, the same staff member told us to gather our things and throw them away. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

It is located in an empty mall building. Big parking lot. The service was very good. The food was ok not great. Everyone in my group ordered fries and they were dry and hard. The waitress was very accommodating and offered great service.

This location is completely gone. It must have closed a while ago because the mall is a ghost town. I'm not from the area so I didn't know until I got there.

Dont order to-go. They dont season the wings properly. Either too little seasoning, they dont mix them in, and/or they provide the “bottom of the bag” wings (the smaller ones). I’ve ordered here plenty of times since I live nearby, and almost everytime its one or the other for to-go ordered. Inside is different, so eat inside if you really really want to eat wings. Better off eating somewhere else if you’re in a hurry.

The Best wings you can get in Conneticut in regards to quality and taste. The Beer battered onion rings were really good as well. I like how big and fat they were just wish they had more rings. The prices are a little on the high end. I had to use a Doordash deal to make the wings more affordable.

Sat at a pretty empty bar for 10 minutes. People who just sat got served before me. I ordered a draft beer. Watched the bartender make 3 or 4 drinks. It would have been 10 more minutes to get that beer. What a waste of time. First time and last time I'll go there

Had to come back to request do my review waitress was very friendly but food was absolutely disgusting stomach started hurting not long after eating just a couple bites of food not worth the price at all the best tasting thing was the carrots

I rarely go here during the day so I don’t know about that atmosphere but I typically go here in the evening closer to night time and the atmosphere is great. The food comes out quick and the service is amazing. My favorite waiter/hostess is Tiana. Her service is great. She so kind and fun and very relatable. If you’re ever here asked for her service.
