My husband & I come here pretty regularly, & we’ve never had any complaints, especially with customer service, but we recently came with family that are from out of town, & Albert gave us the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Food came out cold like it was just sitting there waiting for him to bring it out. He had the worst attitude - didn’t bring any ranch for our wings, & when we asked for it, he rushed away & only brought one cup??? for 2 orders of wings??? so when I asked for another ranch, he shook his head & said “oh so you want ranch too? you couldn’t ask the first time?” um, if you didn’t literally run away while we were asking for things, you probably would’ve heard that NONE of us got ranch. Then, I ordered a cocktail that never came, & when I asked to just have it taken off the receipt at the end of the meal, he laughed & said “it was sitting at the window the whole time.” Well thanks guy lol. We probably won’t be coming for a long while.

I never write reviews but our server Kyle was probably one of the best servers I have ever had and I am in the industry. He was attentive, kind, and genuinely made our day shine brighter. So I have decided to take a couple minutes out of my day just to say thank you for the exceptional service and great attitude. We will be back. Also our 2 girls wanted me to tell you thank you again!

My waiter decided to charge my card an extra $13 when I gave her a $15 cash tip, on a $54 bill. This happened Saturday sept 20th. I’ll be down there as soon as they open to figure out why she took it upon herself to charge my card extra after I tipped her in cash.

This place is by far the worst the food is always a hit or miss. You can get soggy chicken or chicken that’s made right and that is like so annoying when you spend too much money as it is and you have to gamble each time whether or not you even want the food cause it’s going to either be crappy or good. My wings were made horrible pieces stuck together skin off some meat pieces scattered like barely any sauce on my other side of wings fries cold and I picked up my order soon as it was ready and this is what I got I mean just terrible…

Our waitress was extremely nice and quick with service and refills. The restaurant was clean. My Ceasar salad was crisp and fresh onion rings were good. But the boneless wings were salty, no matter which sauce was on them. They were also thin and crunchy/overcooked to my taste. I had ordered 6 orange chicken and found them to be too spicy. She kindly gave me another 6 in Honey BBQ which were salty and overdone. My husband thought the same. We'd brought our youngest son there for his birthday and he loved it. For his dessert he had a slice of very chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. We all had some, it was delicious.

Love the cauliflower wings!! I went and picked up and order a couple of weeks ago and the take out person was rude when I asked her a question and walked away quickly after she gave the answer. All I asked for my some dip. She was a young lady. I believe employers should push great customer service when they are training people like they did years ago. Customer service these days suck!

Burgers were so greasy the bun was dripping and soggy, fries were old and hard. Server was inattentive, seats are old and cracked
