Second time in a row i’ve eaten here and gotten sick . I gave it another try because i thought it was something else i ate nope, ate from this location AGAIN and was throwing up having stomach pains. I’ve heard of so many others getting sick from this location, shut it down please

My first visit here they gave me the wrong order after telling them my name.

Many months later I gave them another chance and they still have delivered terrible service and terrible quality in food. I would highly recommend going to to the Groton Location. Do not spend your money at the waterford location. Clearly they do not care at all. They have staff that do not care about their jobs and the food.

Visited this Chipotle location today absolutely unacceptable conditions.
Bathroom: Toilet was overflowing onto the floor. When I reported it, employees said “there’s nothing we can do.” Asked for a manager, they claimed there wasn’t one. I asked if they could at least block it off or post a sign for safety, and they refused.
Food Line: Visible cross-contamination, meat and veggies mixed together, burnt scraps all over the grill. Most pans were 90% empty and looked old and dry.
Employee Conduct: Staff were eating while preparing food, being rude to customers, and creating a hostile atmosphere.
Cleanliness: Floors filthy. Zero sense of sanitation.
Receipts/Proof: System “down,” so no receipt provided, and customers were not allowed to photograph their order screen.
This is easily the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Unsanitary, unprofessional, and unsafe. I regret not taking photos, but this location needs an immediate health inspection and management review.

I've been to this chipotle a few times and usually it's ok. Meh service and a bit skimpy on the portions but today roughly my 5th or so time at the location I ordered double chicken in my bowl and received none. I didn't know until I had already left and got home but it's just crazy that instead of replacing the ingredient with another protein if they ran out or telling me at the drive through, they just gave me my bag without mentioning it and charged me the extra amount for double portion.

I'm going to avoid this location from here on out.

Zero stars. No food was being prepared. Workers standing around doing nothing. The pans were empty! The woman didn't speak English and kept saying pork when I made it clear I wanted chicken, she'd say pork. I just walked out. Never again

Location was clean and the food was good. The only issue I had was that one of the preparers seemed to be putting less quantity of the ingredients than some of the others at the same location. Would still go back there again.

This place is consistently filthy even just after the store is opened. They are often out of items but still allow you to order them, and then refuse to offer a refund for the unavailable items. A literal dump.

First time there 8/25. Every single table was dirty, inside & out. Tried 3 different fountain sodas and they were all empty. Granted they only had 3 people working but there was a serious language barrier. The women didn’t understand me so obviously got the wrong order. I should’ve said something but I was so grossed out, I just wanted out of there!! A brand new store I expect much better!! We’ll live and learn. That’ll be my first & last time there!!!

Compared to other locations, this is by far the cleanest and has superior customer service. Rosa was very kind and helpful and the food was great! I’ll be coming to this location again
