Love it there! They are all so nice and sweet! They even remember my order and fix it when I come it.
Service was quick and efficient. Employees were kind.
I had a bad experience here last year, and returned today only to have the SAME experience. The workers don’t wear gloves, have their hair down in their face, no hair net, no sanitary precautions, and no customer service. The man working was on his phone and running his hands through his hair and went straight into making ice cream without washing his hands. The woman making my ice cream had her long hair all in her face and hovering over my ice cream. It’s honestly disgusting, I couldn’t even finish my small because i got so grossed out. Also, there is no bathroom available, and the store is dirty as well. Ridiculous spending 16 dollars on two smalls with this experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.
Service was great! My first time at a Cold Stone Creamery. I wasn’t overly impressed with their ice cream.
It's a chain ice cream shop, not much to say beyond that
Price is pretty insane, I got one big cone with cookie dough flavor and it was 9.85$ which, insane. Otherwise good ice cream. Just pricey
Friendly staff, clean restroom and eating area. Selection was large but quality of food in relation to price was below average. After tip and tax, paid almost $10 for their smallest size cup of ice cream, and it was good, but not amazing.

fucc what these other reviews are complaining about, they dont sell bathroom usage. the ice cream be hitting the spot onna hot summer day and thats all you need to know.
workers are rude. best ice cream ever tho. it’s ridiculous because we come here almost once a week
