Ordered something via the Mobil app and they were out of every type I requested before noon on a Friday! Not even an apology from the person working the drive thru window.

every time I've come to this Dunkin (probably at least 20 different times) the workers are incredibly rude, I myself work at a fast food place and would never say the things I've heard them say. they always forget an item or make it wrong in one way or another (I just got 2 pieces of snack bacon that were cold, and just the wrong drink completely) Ive also never seen a dunkin that closes so early, half the time they are closed at 4pm where the ones in my town are 24/7 (probably not the employees fault but still crazy)

The fact that the owners don't read any of these reviews and try to either retrain or have a complete store meeting after all of these bad reviews come in is so ridiculous. Jane has so much money coming out of her ears that she doesn't even take you consideration that us customers are the reason why she has all of that money because let me tell you if it wasn't for us her business would bust.

Terrible experience. We were there at 6:20pm and they close at 7pm. We ordered small drinks and sat down and the older supervisor was rude telling us we could only sit for a few minutes because they were closing I assured her it was okay and that we knew. We sat for maybe 5 min and we could hear the supervisor talking with the other employee saying we were rude for sitting down even though it was still 40 min for them to close!! And we had to go cups! So we would bin them outside.

The service has gone completely downhill in the last few months. Went there for a donut, coolata and a bagel.
At the drive through I waited more than five minutes for the items, by the time they were done chatting away the bagel was cold (which they had sitting at the window along with the donut the whole time I was waiting) & the coolata tasted like pure water. This location used to be amazing. Their new staff needs better training.

The worst Dunkin!! Very slow moving drive thru and rude employees! I placed an order at 11:50am on 1/24 and waited in line for about 30 mins! At the window they explained that it would be a minute because they were “changing shifts.” When I finally got my coffee and sandwiches at the window (at 12:20) my sandwiches were cold and I asked for more cold foam because it had melted… the woman at the window said that she wasn’t supposed to do that if the customer didn’t show up in a reasonable amount of time… I explained that I had been waiting in line for about a half hour to which she continued to argue with me that it hadn’t been a half hour (it was exactly 30 mins…she eventually added more cold foam) before shutting the window on me. It’s not the customers fault when you do a poor job.

Don’t bother going within 2 hours of closing. They are always annoyed, sighing as customers go in and order. They stop serving coffee one hour before closing because “that’s when they clean the machines”. Waste of time.

Awful experience I walk in there to get some munchkins and for some reason they didn’t have any so I asked for a dozen donut and they didn’t have it again so I ask for half a dozen there was only two flavors the place was so gloomy and awful don’t recommend never coming again

Only thing I can say negatively about Dunkin’ Donuts is that they are stingy (very stingy) with the salt and pepper. M59 (highland rd) you must ask for salt and pepper with your breakfast sandwiches and usually you have to ask again because 2 salt and 2 pepper is not enough for the sandwiches they make. Independance township (Sashabaw rd) Dunkin has no salt and pepper at all. NONE. Eat your sandwiches BLAND. No salt and pepper and you sell breakfast sandwiches with egg?? You Morons!!! As for the Waterford (Dixie hwy) Dunkin donut don’t waste your time going there if you like Frozen coffee. That frozen coffee machine has been out of commission all SUMMER long. You can get iced coffee. And you can get salt and pepper for the sandwiches. But no frozen coffee. And never ever ask for French vanilla anything at the Dixie hwy Dunkin. NO FRENCH VANILLA ANY DAY there AFTER 10:00am because they are always out of it and say they are waiting for their truck. What a joke this franchise has become. They are turning people away in droves everyday at these 3 locations. Good product… terribly STUPID management. Lately I been carrying around my own salt and pepper in the car. And I’ve given up ever getting a frozen French vanilla coffee. Tim Horton has been winning me back this summer. They have good management there and know how to order stuff in advance.

Do not recommend this Dunkin’. Service has gone downhill over the past couple of months. Every time I’ve come something is wrong with my order, they either don’t put the flavor in or give me the wrong food. I will not be going to this Dunkin and more. Management needs to get its act together.
