I stopped at the drive through of this dunkin coming home from the beach, after ordering 3 drinks and 2 food items, I tried to order a large cup of ice water, the guy was extremely rude and said you can have a small, there were 3 other people in my car and we were told that we can only have 1 cup of ice water (which is free) and after dealing with the extremely rude worker who just took my credit card without saying anything and was practically throwing the food in my face, I bit into my wake up wrap and the bacon was raw and it was not edible. I am extremely disappointed in this location, not only are there staff unpleasant to deal with, but there food is horrible.

I NEVER take the time to leave a review but oh my goodness walking in at 5:59 you would have thought I ruined the boy at the counter’s life. Never have had such a rude experience for no reason. Like alarmingly rude. I even tipped a dollar hoping it would make his day but he was so caught up in anger (such a low frequency) that I don’t even think he noticed. Honestly I will go to another Dunkin and tip somewhere else next time. He was so rude like right away I almost asked if he wanted me to just leave. He was even rude because I’m very soft spoken and he started to get almost aggressive asking me to repeat myself. It was rude, alarming and just completely uncomfortable. I would understand if I were being a Karen, but genuinely I walked in and it started with a grunt of annoyance and “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” no smile, no welcome, nothing. I hope this boy gets spoken to. (His coworker made the drink quickly too). I never get Dunkin either but like this just honestly shows such a difference between Starbucks and Dunkin.

The guy was pouring out coffee out of a plastic cup that he already had poor .disgusting young black guy and a white guy with long hair I belive it was Friday around 5 to 6 in the afternoon check the camera unprofessional and gross we actually leaft

Messed up the Holiday drink and forgot my Iced Decaf coffee. We had a lg. Order. I called about my coffee and the lady wouldn't take my name for me to come back at another time. I had to give her a specific time but I could not make that time today. Now I'm out a coffee

I live in Groton and I work in Waterford and I like this location because the employees are nice and they usually have cheddar cheese Bagels. I've been to some locations where the food was just not edible but every time I've been to this location all of the employees are very nice and they seem to work together very well together

I liked this place when the food didn't taste like it came from a grocery store refrigerator and the coffee didn't taste like over priced cafeteria coffee. Of course I must say that I've lost my taste for fast food.

I arrived at 1050 am I didn't get my coffee until 1120. I sat at the window for 10 min while my coffee was still being made after waiting With an online order. On top Of that the little girl that they had working at the window was really rude. So was the old lady behind her who was yelling stuff at customers because she was frustrated inside. I won't be coming here again.

More than once my oder has been messed up and the line for the drive through is the slowest of all the DD's I have ever been to. I have no idea what is going on inside that building but it sure isn't worth 15 bucks and hour.
