I got my normal of 2 wraps and a coffee and they didn’t even put egg into the wraps and burnt the tortillas. I asked to fix it and they didn’t and they forgot part of my order.

Ordered an iced matcha latte and they handed it to me only 80% full… even worse when i took a sip they added coffee to my matcha! I wish I was making this up, who does that?? So bizarre, i’ve never had this experience with any dunkin before. Terrible customer service, terrible drinks, don’t even waste your time here.

This is how I received this drink (minus one sip to taste). This is not the first time I’ve ordered a drink from here and it’s almost half filled. There have been several times my drink tastes and looks like it’s only milk and a flavor shot- completely lacking the espresso I order and pay for. If my husband and I both order drinks and food, often times there are items missing and/or the drink is made wrong. It is a miracle if our order is made correctly. The only reason we occasionally go to this location is because it is closest to our home, but take my word and drive a little farther to the next location.

I told them my order, they kept giving me the wrong order which I had to tell them 2 times and then the 3 time they still gave me the wrong coffee. Went in and told them you gave me the wrong coffee again and this time I was firm about it. She gave me a looked and told me don’t be rude. Which the first time I said I’m not being you. Gave me another look said don’t be rude. Now at this point I’m being rude and said you kept giving me the wrong coffee. Told them to keep the coffee and I’m calling corporate. Before all that I gave them a $1 tip. I will never go back there ever. For someone getting $15 a hour plus tips and they treat people like that. I don't think I will ever give them a tip again.

How does the owner of this place continue to rise prices on coffee vs other DD in the area, continuesly. A small cup of hot coffee now it 2.90$ from 2.75$ previously while other DD are selling it at 2.50$. Shame on you, this is ridiculously inexcusable

Went to the drive thru ordered my usual. Woman on my order was rude. I kindly reminded her that my order included hash browns and I did not see it on the screen. She replied yeah I know. I then told her again nicely I just wanted to check because it was not on the screen. Her response was did you want one or two orders." I told her one. My order was correct but there was no need for the attitude.
