The new crew is 1000x better than all the others in the last few years. Today my macchiato was the best I've had... possibly ever. The new staff are excellent, polite & all around a noticeable turnaround. Also this is EXACTLY how macchiato should be made, so for being a new staff member she slayed it.

This Dunkin gets a 50%. Because you have a 50/50 shot of having nice staff and getting the order correct. The good 50% is a great experience; great staff, great food, and is quick. The other 50% is just completely wrong orders, rude staff, and slow lines. The reason this bothers me is that I can't find a way to get a refund on the wrong orders.
