I walked in to order a sandwich, 2 employees were upfront laughing, and when I approached the male said he wanted to see the car that drove by so he ran in the back, then the lady told me to hold on so she can refill something and followed him. I was just left there in an empty store with no workers behind the counter. I left after a few minutes. That isn’t how you greet or treat customers. I come here 3 times a week while I charge my car, and now I’ll just not eat or walk to Panera. I spend about 60$ a week here. That’s 3100$ a year jersey mikes lost because of the employees they had today.

I love these subs! Hot and delicious! I go once a week on average but they're so addicting.
It was a random Sunday and my daughter and I needed something for dinner. We normally frequent the Groton CT location but we ventured here today. When we walked in the place was empty but so clean! All the tomatoes and other condiments were filled nice and high and looked fresh. The two gentlemen assisting us were super friendly and helpful! Seriously one of the best experiences here!

Good food but it's absolutely ridiculous that it took 30 minutes to make a single wrap for an online order. I had 3 things in my order, a wrap a bag of chips and a soda. 2 of those items are grab and go. Ridiculous
