Ordered a latte which they said they had. Then, when I pulled up to the pickup window they said they didn't have it and can substitute with a regular coffee which I am not really a fan off. And regular coffee is a dollar cheaper than latte. They would not refund the price difference and gave me nasty attitude.

Extremely rude staff, all I wanted to do was ask a simple question at the drive-through. And got told to leave. All I was asking was about a seasoning packet. And I got told that other customers are more important. That’s extremely disrespectful. Especially when the question takes half a second to answer. I will not be coming back to this location.

I went to sit and eat while 2 Spanish female employees were sitting with another Spanish lady. When one female employee left the other 2 were hanging all over each other and got to the point that the female employee started popping zits on her girlfriend’s arms neck side. Now keep in mind a family with kids were right next to them in a booth. For the proof look at the video Aug 7 2025 between 6:30 pm and 8 pm.
This happened at the Waterford Ct McDonalds on Boston Post rd.
Got out of 12 hour work day tired so ordered a nice meal and to my surprise I still had to cook cuz my meal was still alive. Burger almost went running back to the farm.

Terrible service . Ordered on mobile app . Came to get food about ten minutes before closing . Was told they are “out of beef but have chicken” little while after being told to hold on , came back and said they cant do chicken either . Its obvious they didnt want to make the food close to closing . Youre open until a disclosed time but are turning away customers after they drove there late night. Bad business and laziness . Shame for the business owner .
