I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a kids meal with extra fries.... got apples after asking 3 times for the extra fries ... okay cool but then I get a quarter pounder burger that was still mooing. Didn't realize it until 3 bites in. This is why people are getting sick cause yall are not cooking the food. I am all set with fast food. I'm sick. The burger was raw. Cooked for 5 seconds raw! đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘. McDonald's I hope yall do better. I will not be back.

I have had multiple negative experiences at this establishment. On 2 separate occasions, I have been informed that my card was declined, only to be charged twice for the same purchase. This is fraudulent behavior, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, she refused to provide me with my food and instructed me to contact corporate. Made my child cry. I know this must have happened to others but they just trust the money will go back on there cards

This location is dismal at best. Their location can't open on time or stay open til to their set hours.
Management and workers are just awful. This is the third time I've gone there for breakfast around opening time of 5am and never an answer. Super inconvenient. Do not recommend even during other hours. Lunch and dinner time are no luck either.

Ordered 2 kids meals to get hello kitty toys. They forgot any toys. Went inside and got handed panini family toy. Very sad
They made these poor crew members work w/o ac for 3 weeks. Geez.

Discovered incorrect drive thru order after arriving home. Returned it and asked for correct order. Was told that I had to pay again. When I refused they told me they couldnât take back food. Then the manager Nicole came at me with an attitude. I understand mistakes are made, but the staff there could certainly benefit from some customer service training.

The quality of the food feels rushed you open the wrapper and sauce everywhere and burger hanging off. They gave me almost no napkins in my bag. The deals on the mobile app make visiting here worth it without those deals it would be expensive.
Service has improved and my rating will be adjusted for improvements.

I ordered the Oreo pie thing then it came out completely burnt and then when I try to call no one answered and I called four times
Kid-friendliness: I sent my kid in to pick up the food and then I had to go in cuz they wouldn't let him get the order even though he showed proof

I'm a food blogger and just left McDonald's in Waterford CT I got 2 double cheeseburger 6 pieces nugget small fries and a big Mac meal which comes with medium fries and drink and I asked for everything to be cooked to order my nuggets was old my fries were cold and the size of a small and to top it off my big Mac meal was 13 dollars and I only got 1 patty on it how do you forget s whole patty don't recommend anyone eat there better off going to McDonald's inside Walmart never any problems there

Went to this McDonaldâs after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I ordered two caramel coffees, light and sweet. When I got to the pick up window, I noticed they werenât made correctly (they were darker brown). They also didnât give me straws. When I opened my mouth to ask them to add a few more creamers, literally one of them interrupted me and went âWHAT.â I told them I asked for them to be light and sweet, and one of them grabbed the coffees back from me, dumped them, took 30 seconds remaking them, then handed them back to me without saying a word. The top wasnât on all the way on one of them, and also the top of the lid was flooded with coffee. It spilled in my car. And they forgot the straws again. I spoke with their manager Bella briefly inside (had to grab straws after all ) and she was very nice and apologetic, I really appreciated that. This is not the first time Iâve been met with a really bad attitude at this location. It really needs to be addressed.
