Very disappointed with my most recent experience. Staff was disengaged and clearly wanted myself and others out the door rather than provide good service. My burrito was split in half and they clearly tried to wrap it in hopes i wouldn’t notice and when I asked for extra chips with my queso I was told “I already gave you chips” and the lady at the register turned her back. Extremely rude and disappointing experience. Was unable to enjoy my meal and had to throw half my queso away with no means of eating it.

The food is half taco bell and half chipotle, but still tasty! It's simple in ingredients making it a smooth choice! Staff is great and friendly!

I miss the one in Groton (closer to me). But I don't mind driving over to Waterford for Moe's.

Great food and staff!! The music is pretty loud and it’s hard to have a decent conversation with people. All a round, definitely worth a visit.

The food wasn’t so bad but they were stingy with my portions; I had to pay extra just to get my other scoop of protein choice, asked for lettuce and got no kidding around 30 pieces of it shredded and had to pay extra for that. The lady taking my order was hesitant to put the meat I asked when I said I wanted more after I was given a literal half scoop, the guy who rang me out was cool though

Ate here on a Sunday on the way up to Cape Cod from NYC. Stack was delicious as always, but I left my wallet on the table without realizing. Spent all week looking for it and eventually decided it was gone. On the way back home the following Friday I came back here in the off chance they’d found it and held on to it. Lo and behold they had! Shoutout to the staff at this spot. 10/10 recommend.

Chicken was over cooked and tasted like rubber, rice was very undercooked. Chips were stale, the restaurant was freezing cold. Overall food was awful.

Came in, not busy for lunch hour, was surprised. Ordered 2 burritos, made it exactly how we liked it. Asked the worker to change their gloves because I have allergies and she was touching things before im allergic to, she didnt understand but then changed one glove and put a glove over the other one, I thanked her even though she didn't seemed pleased she had to do that. But anyways we continued creating my burrito. We havent eaten at Moes in awhile which after enjoying our lunch we didn't understand why we haven't come in a long time. It was yummy and we kept saying yum. I still like it you get free chips and there is a variety of salsa to chose from. Was clean and we had zero complaints.

definitely not going there again late night there were these old head hispanic guys hitting on teenagers which by the body language of this girl she felt really uncomfortable she probably not coming back
