Moe's Southwest Grill

Chicken was over cooked and tasted like rubber, rice was very undercooked. Chips were stale, the restaurant was freezing cold. Overall food was awful.

Came in, not busy for lunch hour, was surprised. Ordered 2 burritos, made it exactly how we liked it. Asked the worker to change their gloves because I have allergies and she was touching things before im allergic to, she didnt understand but then changed one glove and put a glove over the other one, I thanked her even though she didn't seemed pleased she had to do that. But anyways we continued creating my burrito. We havent eaten at Moes in awhile which after enjoying our lunch we didn't understand why we haven't come in a long time. It was yummy and we kept saying yum. I still like it you get free chips and there is a variety of salsa to chose from. Was clean and we had zero complaints.

Always greet me at the door- friendly employees, great food, clean establishment and a fair price. Moe’s has never done me dirty.

definitely not going there again late night there were these old head hispanic guys hitting on teenagers which by the body language of this girl she felt really uncomfortable she probably not coming back

I had stopped going there for a while due to bad service and food. Decided to give it another try recently and my wife and I were very happy we did. Food was fresh, Food area, kitchen, and dining area very clean, and employees were very polite and friendly. Best Moe's experience ever!

I think I am behind the curve with this review but the changes at Moe’s stink. Used to enjoy the food but from what I have seen today I will not be going back to any Moe’s Restaurant. From the changes to the menu to the individual experience today I had at the Waterford location, not good! Guacamole was not fresh (turning brown), the adobo chicken tasted like it was sitting for a couple hours, and multiple other ingredients looked overcooked or sitting too long. Furthermore, I asked for a cup of water and was denied. Said they ran out of water cups but I could buy a bottle. Better off at Chipotle.

I've been in food service for 20 years and am ServSafe Certified. I can't believe I actually ate this food, but I was desperate. I came in as they were opening and all the meat was clearly from the night before, and was not properly reheated. It was all Luke warm and I couldn't tell one type of meat from another. The corn was red from oxidation, guacamole was brown, queso had a thick coagulation on the top.
$38 for a kids taco meal, a stack and a drink. Eat here only if youre not afraid of food poisoning and have money to literally throw away.

I’m in my 80s now and a friend and I were eating or our mouth was watering for Moe’s. We called to have it delivered. Hers was fine. Mine had many things in it that I had not ordered got no satisfaction through Moe’s or the people that delivered it, nobody wants to take responsibility. It’s happened to us before when we accidentally pushed Pick up instead of deliver. Goodbye Mose we used to love you.

Salsa is legitimately fermented. I went months apart and figured the first time was a once off, no they are old and literally fermented and bubbling both times.

I’ve eaten at Moe’s and Chipotle all over the US and I have never had a worse burrito in my hundreds of experiences. Half of the rice was completely uncooked. The pico tasted like it was rotten. I never write reviews about anything. That is how strongly I feel about the horrible food. Staff was friendly.

Ate at Moe's in Waterford today January, 4, 2025. For starters I will never eat there again.The food was awful and cold the guacamole was discolored in the tub except were it was scooped from the center (gross) could not tell the difference between the meats they were all dry and colored the same. The food was not fresh it appeared as it was stored as leftovers in a refrigerator for days and reused. Kicker was $36.00 dollars for two burritos and one soda that after a couple of bites went in the garbage. Another example of big corporate greed.

Horrible service, the employees were very rude, and they acted like we were bothering them by being there. The food was cold, and rice was hard as a rock. Bathrooms were disgusting, the restaurant was disgusting, all the tables were very dirty and all the garbage cans were over flowing with garbage and there were only 2 other parties there eating. They were just standing around. I even asked someone if they could clean the table as they were just standing there, and I was told the rags were over there. They were filthy. This is being reported to the Department of Health as I'm a firefighter. Big waste of 50 bucks.
