We asked to be seated at a booth and the greeter didn’t tell the waiter that he was changing our seat. The waiter then raised her voice at us for moving our seats, probably the most awkward and rude encounter I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Great food, steaks well cooked. The service was beyond expectation. Not only we had our waitress constantly checking in on us, but also a supervisor and the manager. Never experienced that dine in service back in Rhode Island or any other Olive Garden that we've been too. Definitely recommended for great food and service.

I visited this place on December 12th around 8 PM and was seated at table 223. The menu mentioned that some items come with unlimited bread and soup, but despite asking the waiter multiple times, I never received the bread. She initially said it would take 10 minutes, yet even by the time I left, nothing was served. She also didn’t check on my table properly.
What bothered me even more was seeing her serve other local customers promptly and offering them items she wasn’t willing to provide to me. It felt very unfair and disappointing.
Overall, I left feeling that this restaurant does not treat all customers equally. I would recommend looking for a better place where you receive the service you pay for.

I’m not one to complain however, this was genuinely one of the most awkward and frustrating dining experiences I’ve had.
From the moment we sat down, our server repeatedly came to our table 4–6 times within about 30–45 seconds of each visit asking if we were ready to order. Each time, we politely said we needed a moment. Instead of giving us space, she kept returning and eventually laughed and joked about us not being able to decide, making it feel like our fault for needing normal menu-reading time. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
When we finally ordered, there was confusion about the soup/salad option that comes with the entrées. We were under the impression that each guest could choose individually, but the server insisted the entire table had to choose the same option. She said she would “go ask,” and came back claiming that yes, everyone had to get the same thing—which is not how this has worked in the past and felt incorrect.
From there, service continued to decline:
•Our waters were never refilled
•We had to ask for a breadstick refill
•We ordered the $6 bottomless dipping sauce, which was forgotten entirely and only brought after we asked—then never refilled
•When the soups arrived, one was wrong and the other was spilled all over the bowl
•Our entrées were lukewarm at best, and one dish was noticeably dried out, as if it had been sitting for a long time
To top it off, no manager ever checked on our table, despite multiple visible issues with service and food quality.
This experience felt rushed, disorganized, and frankly uncomfortable from start to finish. Olive Garden is supposed to be a relaxed, predictable dining experience—this was the complete opposite. We left disappointed and frustrated, and won’t be returning anytime soon.

We were a party of 12. Our server, Megan, was superb. One of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. The food was plentiful and delicious.

The hostess seemed miserable and didnt smile at all. Our waitress seemed very frazzled like she had too much to do. I went to the bathroom and there was about 2 inches of water behind the toilet. I went out and told two people that said they would take care of right away. My daughter went to the bathroom 30 minutes later and said that it was still there. I order the chicken broccoli Alfredo and there was little to no sauce, the broccoli and chicken were good. My husband ordered the chicken scampi and it had no flavor, was very bland the noodles were over cooked and mooshy. This is our first visit in about 6 months not sure if we will be returning the meal was definitely not worth the $140 that we had paid for it.

Above standard, as I usually expect from a corporate establishment.
Zuppa Toscana, a classic favorite. The Alfredo sauce hasn't changed and that's great for anyone who loves it.
I'm only commenting to bring issue to a bathroom issue in the men's bathroom
The back bathroom door has difficulty shutting and won't shut if you don't lift it while closing it, and this can become a safety/privacy issue for less able bodied people.
Please continue delivering above par food, and please also fix this door.

Visited with family, server was good, food was good. Asked for an Aperol Spritz, but they had no idea what this was. I know this isn't a REAL Italian restaurant, but to not have Aperol Spritz's on the menu is really strange. I could understand our waiter didn't know what it is, he was young, but the woman that came over to me asking what it was, was very rude about it. Very simple ingredients: Aperol, Prosecco, club soda, garnish with an orange wheel.

Don’t bother with Olive Garden. Placed an order for pick up and that apparently is something not in their skill set. We got home after driving 20 minutes there and back, just to find they forgot a pasta order 1/3rd of the cost of the bill. Once I got there, I was told by an employee that it was never made. But then the Manager came over to say they were remaking it fresh (but I was told it was never made in the first place?). Meanwhile, the rest of the order got cold at home. Was not offered any compensation. Rule of thumb support a local place instead of a franchise with no heart or effort to read a ticket.
