Ordered two drinks to go, an iced green tea and a new strawberry lemonade basil fresca. I waited 20 mins at the to go pick up counter before I resigned myself to waiting in line at the bakery so I could ask someone for them directly. This always happens at every panera I vist. Drink to go orders should not be fcfs like food orders. Yall need to figure this out as a company.

Wasn’t there for the atmosphere. Used the app to place a to go order. I was told a time got there and it was half an hour past the time I was told. The order was missing items and the sandwich was completely wrong not to mention no pickle no utensils no chips. The employees working were more interested in talking with each other despite the fact the line has grown and no one’s orders were getting accomplished in a timely manner. People have time for lunch and expect things to be correct!

The silverware was not clean they didn’t give me the right portion of food and the workers we’re giving me looks after I nicely asked them for a clean spoon. The employees are also extremely rude. Don’t eat here if you wanna have a good experience

food always good, the atmosphere and people in there got me feeling like I jumped a tax bracket. not quite Mystic CT money, but on the way there. the workers are always polite, which in all seriousness is pretty hard to get working in places that are seen as temporary jobs. recommend the Mac and cheese, Chipotle chicken melt, the green tea....

Every time I come here I have to wait for someone to take my order, like I’m chopped liver since I refuse to use the kiosks for my simple orders. Then I have to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get my avocado toast. This place is ridiculous and has horrible customer service.

My first time dining in at a Panera. The food was great, and the staff pleasant. I felt the cleanliness could have been better
It was quite the experience to be in a restaurant and not have a single employee greet me with anything other than a glare and an eye roll. I took my two kids here to get some Mac and cheese to go and waited at the counter for a few minutes so my daughter could pick out a cookie, nobody ever came to take my order and one older man just stared at me like I was an idiot while he was pushing a drink cart around. I eventually moved to the order kiosk which was fun while juggling two kids. I waited for my food which did eventually come but there was no way of knowing because I never got a notification nor my name called. When I got my bad I saw that the two cookies I ordered were missing. I informed the young black haired man that my cookies were missing and apparently I offended him because he rolled his eyes before grabbing the cookies and putting them in the bag. My daughter said thank you and he said nothing.
This location used to be good but I will Not be back again.

Despite messaging at kiosk to pick iPhone self serve cups, was told they don’t allow that and they are provided when food is ready. Received a text message to pick up my food at the counter, as it was ready, only to be demeaned by the guy for attempting to pick up our food. Additionally they didn’t complete the order, and refused to give us the bakery items we ordered.
