Whoever the people were working Tuesday night wow. I wish it was like this every time. I got the ultimate pepperoni and changed it to their new Deli pepperoni with extra sauce. This pizza is perfect everything cooked just right. The new pepperoni tasted better than the regular pepperoni. The epic stuff crust was perfect just wash it down with the garlic butter. The Tuesday $2 Deal is a great deal. You throw your papa bucks on top of that and save a lot. Great service tonight.

My pizza was barely cut, the cheese bread was made wrong and instead of marinara sauce they put cold pizza sauce in the box.

We have only been to Papa Johns once but thought we would try it again. I ordered online and my husband went to pick up the order. The order was over $30.00 and we would have left a tip. It is unusual we use cash but had a $100 bill. To my husbands surprise and disappointment they said they do not take any thing larger than a $20.00 bill. It was a very hot day here today and my husband didn't want to go to CVS or somewhere else to cash in the bill while the food got cold. We would suggest they put something on their advertisements or online menus informing people they don't accept anything larger than a $20.00 or to use a credit card!! We can't comment on the food because we had to go else where

Order was not correct, I asked for a side dish , it was not added , I double checked with the phone person to make sure the side was added , the Manager was not cooperating with making it right and began to stay I was being difficult .. this day 06/072045 at 6:45 PM East Coast time, this is the 3rd time my order has been wrong I always want tomatoes on the side, 2 were put on the toppings and this one was not even added

As for fast food pizza. Papa johns has always been one of my favorite. This is the second time I ordered food from the Waterford location and my order was missing items. This time I decided to call the store and try to get with the manager to make sure I got cheese sticks instead of cheese pizza like I got. The person who answered barely spoke English (annoying) and the manager said hold for a second and left me there for 30 minutes. Then hung up the phone. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But this location needs someone who knows how to run a business. Clearly some of the staff just dont care about the customers or atleast giving people what they ordered.
Awesome Papa John's Restaurant. The crust is sooo good, and they put the pies back in the oven to warm them up when I was a few minutes late for the pickup.

I can really only give this a four out of five cause while I do like Papa John’s, there are some things that need to be pointed out. First time I ordered them was the day after 4th of July last year and I had no problems, but I recently ordered from them on DoorDash yesterday since they were nearby my girl’s place.
I ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza and some wings for me, and a regular stuffed crust pizza with some breadsticks for my girlfriend. She had no problems with her food, but when I took the first three slices of my garlic stuffed crust, I don’t know if it was something with the pizza or not but my stomach felt a little weird. Every time I take slices of the garlic one, I always can’t help but wash my hands afterwards, which I could give a shit less about.
I later decided to eat my wings, and while they are decently enjoyable, they need to be tossed in more sauce. I had to grab BBQ sauce from my girl’s fridge and apply it to my wings, could give a shit less about that too, and it was a bit better. But these guys gotta toss their wings in more sauce. No one wants a dry wing.
On another note, when I ordered from them at the beginning of the year, I got the Chicken Parm Bites, which were ok, and the pizza sauce that came with them had a slight sweet tang, like lemon or something, which I honestly wasn’t fond of. And I don’t know if that’s the same sauce they also give with the breadsticks or not, but come on. We don’t want a sweet sauce with the breadsticks.
Will it be my last time ordering from them again? I don’t know, but for now, this gets a 4/5. (Subscribe to Doughtoli and DoughJoe)

For a pizza chain, its definitely worth the drive from Clinton to Waterford. The pizza was not soggy the slightest, the atmosphere was clean and breathable, and above all it was a pleasant experience. If I were to choose between papa johns, dominos, little creasers, or pizza hut for a quick bite. I would totally choose papa johns.
