The food and staff were awesome. The place itself needs a face lift, the menu board wasn't working, the toilet had a sign to flush twice to get it to work, needs paint, but the food and staff more than made up for the atmosphere

The waterford location is a joke. ZERO communication between the cooks to the ladys putting together the orders to the host lady or the waitress... crazy.. id stay away. Coming here made me dislike smash burger. It was my first and last time.

Forget about all the other name brand burger spots. If you want an actual burger and real fries....SmashBurger is the spot. Real and fresh beef! Now a days those other places cost an arm and a leg anyway....for what a frozen burger that seems like a fake piece of food. Pay a slight premium and eat real food at SmashBurger! Denise was very helpful and pleasant. Thanks again to everyone at SmashBurger!

When I tell you how pleasantly surprised I was about the crew in this Smash Burger, I’m going to shout it from the rooftops. THIS, this is the way a team is suppose to act. I heard one of the workers in the back yelled, “great job team!” And the lady that helped us at the register was very polite and nice. We will be coming back here. And I hope that whoever happens to own this Smash Burger recognizes this team!
