Employee could not get off his phone to take my order, once I finally got my order taken I used the restroom which was even worse than the employee ignoring me while on Snapchat. This bathroom was not just gross looking but smelled so bad I had to leave the door propped open. They were out of soup so I asked for more and was informed they ran out a few days ago….. clearly this place needs new management to get them back on track.

I enjoy their smoothies. However, the drive thru needs attention. Decided to go through the drive thru and there was someone ahead of me. No big deal. When it was my turn, the person at the drive thru said along the lines, "I'm not taking any orders right now." Um, okay. I drove off because there was no explanation as to why or how long. Probably backed up on orders because there was a line. But basically refused to take another order. Went and spent my money somewhere else.

Been going here for over a year and usually it was great. Tried to get a smoothie 3 days in a row now and each attempt got worse. All 3 attempts ended with me sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes just to have to leave before I could get my order due to time constraints. On the third attempt I figured I would at least go inside and maybe see what the problem was for myself. Maybe they were understaffed or had a lot of people ordering at the counter. Negative. 3 people behind the bar moving at snail speed and would not even acknowledge that I walked in or see what I wanted—I walked out after 2 minutes of standing in there and not a single word spoken to me. I’m not sure what happened to this location. As of a few months ago every visit was fast and friendly. But 3 days in a row having only 2-3 cars in the drive thru and it taking more than 30 minutes to get to the window is crazy.

I probably will be taking a break from this location. I used to come here often but the past few times I’ve came here, the smoothies have been very watered down, or just made incorrectly in general. Things happen sometimes but I’m not going to keep coming somewhere to get a nasty smoothie every time.

When your in the drive thru you will wait over ab half hour just to give them the money for your order then your order still won't be ready and they forget how you wanted your shake or how many shakes or protein bowls etc ... This is the worst customer service I ever had i highly don't recommend this place and on top of being over priced and poorly runned

Delicious fresh fruit items - more of a huge fan of the smoothie bowls than the smoothies, personally. Delicious fresh blended acai topped with various fruits and chocolate/pb/honey spreads and other items, love it. If you want some fresh fruit that's a health(ier) meal for lunch - can't go wrong here.
