Love Smoothie King, however each time I’ve been I’ve waited in line at the drive through for 30 plus mins for 1-2 smoothies! Every time our order is taken at the speaker then we sit at the window and wait only for them to ask us what our order is again. What the actual hell is going on!? I just don’t understand, whom ever owns this place needs to step in and figure this out. You’re losing money!

I asked for an almond berry activator. The employee looked at me like I was crazy and said we don’t have that (on the menu behind her). I gave up and asked for a large strawberry banana activator and I asked what flavor protein powder was in it. Again looked at me like I had 3 heads (had to look up what flavor). I went to pay and she stared at me blankly and then mumbled, “what size do you want?”. This is a repeated issue with this employee and lack of attentiveness to the menu and customer

the sweetest girl did my order yesterday july 14 at around 5:40 or so and actually listened to my extra request for peanut butter and chocolate drizzle. i hope this diva is doing good

No markings to differentiate the different smoothies on the cups?

If my significant other ordered a drink with my food allergy and I'm unable to tell the drinks apart.. I would be in a pretty bad situation right now.

A minor oversight could lead to injuries or worse. Be smarter, be better.

We ordered two 32 oz Power Meal Slim smoothies and the workers asked us twice what our orders were and they still got it wrong. And today’s smoothie were uncharacteristically foamy. Very disappointed.
