I stopped in to get to get an iced coffee as a treat and was greeted by Emily. Emily couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She’s the kind of person who would make this my favorite location. I was sad I couldn’t tip her for her customer service and helpful attitude but she definitely deserves it.

I have no issues with this location. The staff is friendly and some even know me by name. They drinks are made perfect 95% and the 5% is normally when they are training someone new and they have no problems fixing it up for me.This is however a location inside of a Target so they are gonna have issues that you would see in any of these locations operated inside another store including product and staff shortages. But the staff does the best with what they have and I give them props for that.

Prior to going here we looked at the reviews and we're not expecting much. We waited in line a decent amount of time but once we got to the counter and after ordering, our drinks came out quickly. Everything was made perfectly and we were happy with her experience. Probably will come back again but not something we're going to go specifically to the store for.We did not order food but I down checked the food star rating because of the way they handled the food and processed the sandwiches. It seemed like they were throwing things around even though they were still in the packaging.As far as price point, we ordered two London foggs and the whole order was $8. I was expecting more and was pleasantly surprised.

I don't care for Starbucks generally (for a number of reasons) but since I was given a gift card I decided to use it to buy gifts for others. The price list for the whole bean coffee is printed on a tiny card not in plan sight. Is it too hard to list the correct prices on the whole bean coffee? How does $9.95 turn into $13.95 at the register? Make it make sense, Starbucks. Another reason why I can't stand this place.

How is it possible that I see a display representing each product that distributes your line only and when I made my orders, the cashier told me: There is not and I told her but I see that there is and the cashier answers me: "That's from ago two days and it's just display” Now this is my point as a consumer. You know the line I had to stand in because I did see what I wanted to buy and when the time comes for you to attend, they answer you like this. And it's already twice in 1 week and a half that the same thing happens to me. I understand that it is a Season Menu (well, all the more reason is that I hope I can find it)

Arrived at 8:15 and was not open, walked around for 15 minutes making it 8:30 and still not open. Supposed to be open at 8. Disappointing time say the least.

The staff here is nice. They make a good coffee and they move pretty quickly for the most part but they seem understaffed and overwhelmed at times when it's busy. Haven't had any problems with a bad coffee, rude seriously or wrong orders here even when they are busy. Convenient location. Prices are high but it's Starbucks...that's to be expected.
