I don’t normally have a problem with this subway and I hate to complain but this is ridiculous. My Husband went there to get us something to eat. He got a sub and I just wanted a salad… I don’t know who was making them but they need to be retrained. My husband’s sandwich had barely anything on it and didn’t get what he was asking for. My salad was a handful of chicken with a “dusting” of lettuce and a lot of dressing.. we went yesterday for the same thing and didn’t have any issues..

Said it open at 9, and it wasnt. Had a kids field trip. Stop by the store the night before and on the door it said 7 am. It wasnt. Looked on Google map it said 9 am, it wasnt . Made me late to the school. Almost missed the bus for the trip.

No meatballs, no parm, so had to replace ingredients and change order. Finally got 3 subs made, went to pay, and was told emphatically, "We don't take coupons!" When asked if they would give a discount, since they were already made, my bf was told no. Not treated with any type of respect at all! Ended up being told to F-off and not to come back. Wouldn't go back, even if it were free. Will only go to the Coleman Street Subway from now on.

Didn’t put chicken on, or toast, my toasted chicken sandwich (mobile order). As it’s unfair to pay full price for a chicken sandwich without any chicken (price of everything else is neglible), I tried calling the store multiple times, each time they’d answer for a few seconds then hang up without ever saying anything. I’d say hello? anyone there? and I’d hear myself echo from their phone (so I knew they could hear me). I was ignored every time - all they were doing was pretending to answer, then hanging up.Contacted support, and requested a refund explaining the issue (and whoever answered the phone always hanging up), this request was ignored and the only response I got was, to sum it up, sorry that experience doesn’t meet our ‘strict standards’.

Every time I come here they are the upmost kindest people. Its always correct for what I order and they even deal with my weird requests lol This is literally the only one I will go to even though there is one closer to me.

They need to be more accurate on the time they close, because it'll say 7:30pm online, 9:00pm, pn the door, but lock the doors before 7:00pm. These minimum wage losers want more money, but will not work.

They don't care about the customer. Online it said they closed at 7:30. I showed up a few minutes before 7:00 while they were in the process of making a sandwich for another customer. I was turned away at the door with the employee telling me that was the last customer of the night and they close at 7:00 on weekends. It's was a few minutes BEFORE 7:00. I used to work in restaurants too and I get that you want to go home, but I never turned away a customer who arrived before I locked the door. Customer service goes a long way; you know how many people I'm going to tell about this?
