we had a terrific evening at the dock, Frank greeted us quickly and had our cocktail to us in a flash delivered by Tiffany. I had the gem salad and my wife had butternut squash soup both were amazing. I ordered the Halibut special and it was a very nice sized portion and cooked perfectly on top of risotto which also was very memorable. Would definitely order again. My wife had the pork chop which she loved, very tender. Overall the experience was a fantastic dinner and evening, the service was terrific without being hovering. We're big fans of the Dock and we will returning.

Love the seasonal menu offerings. Tried the pear appetizer as well as the apple dessert with cinnamon ice cream. Both were absolutely delicious!!! Pork chop was a hit with our party as well. Service is always great here and Eric is always exceptional.

Frankie was our server and he was so warm and knowledgeable. We had a few dietary restrictions so he was super helpful and creative with suggestions. We love the food at The Dock! It's our fave for ambience, service and delicious food. So consistent, too!

The Dock is one of the best restaurants in Newport Beach! I have never had a bad meal or bad experience here. The waitstaff is completely on top of their game, and the food is phenomenal! The ambiance is perfect for a date night, special occasion, or an intimate dinner with friends. Chris, the owner, is lovely and very attentive to detail. I would absolutely recommend The Dock as a must!! BTW, the French onion soup and the bacon-wrapped scallops are my favorite!!
