Waterford Pizza Palace

You order a steak and cheese wrap with extra cheese and you get no cheese and the wraps don't even stick together. This place is useless. Will never order from you again.

Was craving one of their grinders after the beach today - the genoa grinder I got was awful!! I’m shocked because I’ve had amazing grinders here in the past - I didn’t realize it is under new ownership. The mac & chz bites were good but I only had a few bites of my grinder and threw the rest in the trash. The lettuce and tomato were toasted with the grinder, making the veggies soggy, warm and gross. And all edges of the bread were also soggy and gross. The salami didn’t taste good, either and it was kind of tough to chew. I’m so disappointed. Will not be ordering there again.

I went in to get a slice of pizza and was expecting something alright, but right after getting my slice and you by out to the car and eating it. It was amazing and probably in my top 5 pizzas ever !!

The food was delicious! The haddock piece that was used for the fish & chips meal was extremely large, larger than what you would expect to get, as well as being fresh. The grilled teriyaki chicken sandwich was scrumptious. The meatlovers' pizza was tasty, too. We got the appetizer sampler as well.

Parking: The parking lot is small and somewhat difficult to get in and out of. I would recommend parking in Aldi's parking lot and walking over

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheelchair but if you are someone who does, I would recommend using the front door, not the side door.

After being closed for so long, the new owners have done great job fixing it.I tried chicken fingers and fries, were cooked perfect golden brown.Nice addition to Waterford and Aldi plaza.We'll come back
