Waterford Pizza Palace

My wife and I are in this area often but had never tried this place until today. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. My wife went to use the restroom and found there was no toilet paper or hand towels. She told Tammy at the counter, who just said, “Oh no,” went to the back, and returned with a handful of paper to give her. That didn’t leave a good impression, but we decided to stay.

The drink selection was limited, and Tammy, who also served as our waitress, seemed a bit unorganized. We ordered two small grinders—mine was a steak and cheese combo with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and mozzarella, and my wife got a turkey and provolone with lettuce, tomato, onions (extra), and oil and vinegar. Rafael, the cook, prepared them quickly.

The sandwiches looked decent, but the bread was too soft, and my wife’s fell apart easily. Mine was okay, but overall the food was average at best.

Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great product , pizza is good. Service is ok , no Parmesan cheese 🧀, didn’t speak the greatest English was kind of dicey conversation. I would go here again

My online order was missing onion rings the staff made fresh ones and were ready for pick up and asked if I wanted any extra sauces. Great customer service and amazing food, highly recommend

This pizza place serves pizza by the slice, advertised on their door.

The cost of one slice of pizza is $2.68 after tax as of March 2025. After I paid I was asked if I was eating their + they informed me they would bring it to me and have a seat. The pizza slice came to me in approx one minute, I was offered parm + hot spice.

My slice could've used slightly more cooking, the chesse was almost fully cooked, not quite. This was served on a ceramic plate and the slice was quite big.The overall taste was pretty good.

I was very impressed with such nice courteous customer service all around. The seats were in booth's and nicely cushioned. There are approx 12 tables here + a tv playing (while I ate). I recommend Pizza Palace

Excellent customer service, a caring attitude and a delicious tuna grinder. Although there was a misunderstanding about how to prepare the grinder that I ordered online, Luis promptly and courteously had it remade. When he heard that I had ordered it as a surprise for my friend’s birthday, he added a large chocolate chip cookie for my friend. I left happy, feeling like a valued customer and my friend really enjoyed a delicious tuna grinder.
