I went inside and got take out, my napkins were thrown on top of fries to get all grease ansome coupons were thrown in as well all grease. Put the napkins by the register so people can take their own without grease plus others germs on them , I don’t want to throw them out plus have other people who touched them land on my food I will eat. The chicken sandwiches were burned and awful.

Very dirty. The fries are old and stale. They don’t even make fresh fries. If you go there, you will see that’s the fries tray is always emptied. The HIC fruit punch and pink lemonade taste like watered down juice. The sprite is seltzer water. Whoever is the manager for this place clearly doesn’t care for it. I don’t see why it is still open. They don’t even wear hair net. There was blonde hair found in my burger. How disgusting!

Needed a quick dinner after a very busy day. It was quick, surprisingly tasty and satisfying. We had impossible Whoppers. The last time we tried them, a few years ago, they tasted like cardboard. This time they tasted amazing with mayo, onion and pickles, I don't like catsup. Texture was like a real beef Whopper. Ordered online and picked them up ASAP. They were ready when we arrived. Only issue was the lights in the parking lot were out. It was very dark in the parking lot.

This location has consistently delivered a decent meal, however in my last 3 visits, they have not given me napkins at the drive thru. That's it.

Ordered onion rings with zesty sauce. Was told they only had BBQ. Server bagged fries, realized error, gave me onion rings with no sauce.
Full disclosure, Burger King is never my first choice, their burgers are just meh to me so that is where that 5th star went. This one is clean and the service is good. Not sure what's up with the dining room that looks like a coffee shop. I do miss the freestyle machine that used to be at this location.

This place doesn't honor their own app deals. I let it go the first two times. But for the third time in a week I went in and loaded 4 new codes for staff. They told me they can't accept any codes off their app and wouldn't honor the deals it shows. They were helpless and couldn't handle the flow of customers. Whoever runs the mid day shift on Wednesdays needs to be fired for being completely incompetent.
I didn't know a burger king can advertise these deals in their windows and not honor them at the register. I think I might be onto a lawsuit..

This place is amazing! I always go during dinner and Amy the girl in charge goes above and beyond everytime I'm there. She always makes sure our food is hot and made the way we ask (I have a special need child who is very particular). This has to be the cleanest burger King I have ever been In and the customer service is off the charts. I would highly recommend eating here
