Ordered fried calamari and a large pepperoni pizza. Calamari was stale and had an odd taste. Pizza was extremely thin and did not taste fresh. Called establishment to make complaint and all the manager did was tell me the food was fine.. I offered to bring the food back so the manager could see themselves and the manager was combative. Managed to request a 50% refund, which I feel as a manager they should've offered. Was my first and last time ordering from there. If the situation was handled better, I wouldn't have even left this review.

We used this restaurant as a venue for a birthday party on Saturday afternoon. We had slight over 30 people. Food was great. Staff were easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Since it is now BYOB we saved $ in this area. I would recommend dimitri's highly. Many folks endorsed their pizza as best in Watertown.

Ordered A large sausage and mushroom pizza it was pretty good but you can't eat the end crust too thin and hard like a rock and ordered six wings but only got five for $10.50

We moved to Watertown almost a year ago and after trying tons of pizza places here and in neighboring towns, one of our friends who used to live in Watertown recommended Dimitri's. The pizza and wings are absolutely top notch! The wings are crispy and delicious. A lot of places claim to be "New Haven style" but rarely are. Dimitri's could easily compete with famous pizza places in New Haven like Sally's, BAR and Modern (Pepe's is not a contender. They've gone down hill.) I was never a pizza snob but I am now. Also, they personally deliver which means we don't have to use a food delivery service and I know who is coming to my home. We like him even though he is a Jets fan. We absolutely love this place and are so proud to have it in our hometown. We always order it when friends and family come over. Don't change a thing. PS it's great the next day and cold. I just smashed four slices from last night.

The only good thing was the pizza. The burger was dry and flavorless. The Philly steak was sooo dry too. I was quite disappointed. Also the burger on the menu stated it was $12 but when we got the check they charged $14. When I questioned it they said the menu wasn’t updated. Our waitress was very nice and sweet. I miss the old Dimitris. I used to dine all the time prior to Covid. Not the same..
