We ate here last night. The food was outstanding!! I had the beef short rib. It also came with perfectly-cooked carrots with slivers of crispy garlic, golden mashes potatoes and a delicious mushroom sauce. My husband got a wonderful cheeseburger that had a slightly toasted bun. The perfect touch to his burger. The fries were different from any I've seen before. We were unfamiliar with this restaurant - and had never even been to Watertown - when we did a search for a place to eat after a long day’s drive. We found Echo Craft Kitchen and it far exceeded our expectations! The food was exceptional and the service was 5-star - I’d expect to pay twice the price for our experience there. It was really that good. Go!
